nice rig! and i see your a member of the 27k club, nice work
 Very Nice indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any system that is dropping a 27k 3dmark bomb is XTREME in my book :worship:
specs in sig. weather forecast is predicting cold weather (-15C at night  ), so prepared my rig for benching...

why do you have your drive standing on its side like that? i mean... what about the platters and wear on the bearings (or whatever they are called)? also that way it seems to be easier to kill.. accidentially tip it over while accessing the platters.. scrreeech. - just a thought.
btw -15°C doh.. and i'm b!tching it's -5°C in the morning when i have to rid my car from ice and stuff.
hdd was like that just temporary...
dont worry, i know what im doing, ive done it before :)
my poor 1700+ taken 3Ghz screens :D
waiting rma to my ic7
http://membres.lycos.fr/thetankerx/0...w/Dscn0011.jpg
now that's XTREME!!!
Running a cpu at 205% or it's rated speed!! Well done!
What kind of temps was that chip chilled to, and what volts were you taking 3ghz screenies?
Dude thats awesome clock.
Mmmm -15c now be cold here :)
:slobber:
nice and now show some screens :D?Quote:
my poor 1700+ taken 3Ghz screens
If you guys didn't notice, he has some more pics of his system in his sig...very very XTREME :toast:
;) Here's my old Rig. still have it, it's just semiretired. homemade@-27c.
Here's a shot from the Top.
My latest.
One more.;)
IS that glass box there for the chilled air to go into the prommy condensor?
It looks like it goes into the prommy, and into the case as well.
I think it's just a construction so the fans will still have enough air, but you won't hear them as loud as you normally would :)
Looks to me like he's pumping colder outside air in thru a window and into the front of his case via the hose, box and fans as kommando suggested. ;)
It is deffinately either from a cooling vent or outside...why run that duct to nowhere when you could get nice cold air flowing through your case. That plexiglass wouldn't realy do much to help the noise.
 Thats what it for. the 4" drier vent goes outside, the 120mm fan draws cold air into the plenum where the mkI's 2 120's & the case fans draw in, the case intakes are a 94mm blowing across the drives on the bottom of the case, i left the drive bay empty so a high flow 80mm fan blows unupstructed across the video card, i removed the rear fan's & sealed the openings. i exhaust thru the top of the case with 2 120mm fans. Overall it works pretty good, nothing be cold air comes out the top of the case, about 10 degrees or so warmer then it went in. cool enough that i've been able to get 480/402 out of my 9800pro(256mb DDR2) which is completely stock. Im trying to crack 22k in 3DMark before i voltmod the crap out of everything & throw my chiller back in service. i'd like to do a gas change to my mkI too, it seems to be loosing its temps lately.;)
Oh and the plenum does bring the noise down a bit too.
my nf7 couldn't work with more fsb/vcoreQuote:

You had to leave that background running didnt you :slobber: :slobber: :slobber: :p:
It distracts from the hardware, which is just sitting there, screaming INSTALL ME:D
Hope you get your system (and the ensuing pics) up and running soon.

Now i could do better because i changed my Compressor for a danfoss Sc21F and it's look like much better than my old one.
Special Thanks to Zytrahus , the French king of cooling.
www.cooling-masters.com
very nice 'roadster, ive never seen a waterchiller that doesnt take up the space of a small table
edit: and btw, is that 3gig AXP 24/7 stable or just for benching/screenies?
misteroadster, that has to be the most organized chiller I have ever seen.
Fantastic clock on that 1700, one of the best I have seen. What temps are you getting at 2.3v?
XTREME by my book
Nice waterchiller, whats that res made out of?
dang effective waterchiller... what temps are you hovering at?
Thanks guys , this is the max freq i could did with my 1700+ and It was absolutely not stable.
The temp was about 2° when i'd took the screen.
This 1700+ is famous.
With this waterchiller i'd overclock a FX51 to 2982MHZ max too.
The res is [made with plexiglass(extern)/polycarbonate(intern)] double walled.
http://pageperso.aol.fr/misteroadster/Danchill.JPG
Whoa, very nice. Best chiller i have scene so far :)
looking g8..
Was just browsing though your site.. There´s some cool homemade phase C and chillers there :)
;)
Hey, just wondered. You guys with the "Ghetto" cooling (ice in reservoire), have you experienced condens problems? Or have you isolated with neoprene? Ive just set the same thing up, but I havent isolated anything.
there is a little condens at very low temp.
there is 0,8cm between each wall , perhaps 1cm will be better.
Would melt really quick though so not really worth it maybe?Quote:

don't sell yourself short TinTin. That is a pretty damn XTREME setup, and very clean looking. Great job.
HOW ISNT THAT XTREME!?!?!?! who are u kidding :p:
is it just me or are some people under the impression that xtreme must include a messy setup/surrounding?
Argh i wanna see the extremeness, pics are down :(
They are so professional, know how to DIY phase-change, v-modding.......I know nothing about that. And messy setup/surrounding seems to professional too....hahaha....:eek:Quote:

its still 1 very xtreme setup no matter what u say :D but i will admit home made/customized phase change etc is BLOODY XTREME!
The diy stuff like captain cascade and the others are XTREMELY XTREME, but you setup is no doubt XTREME!
ok, heres my more xtreme than before rig.
the mcw50-t isnt mounted yet tho.
http://mercury.walagata.com/w/dimmub/DSC00105_0.JPG
Looking good but needs wire management :P
eh, im not big on that. if you could see it in real life, or with a better pic, its actually not that bad.
nothing matters, 'cuz my thumb just got stuck the mcw50-T :D
this is my son :banana4:

like that dually!
ae those coils around the tubes to prevent kinking?
tH3_b4iT, mosfet and sb waterblocks lol? Wouldn't it be better to have the cpu first instead of the mosfets?
Damn now thats extreme!
Very nice, i really like the mosfet cooling.
Sequence: .. Pump -> Radiator1 -> GPU -> SB -> NB -> CPU -> MosFET -> Radiator2 -> ..
Why is CPU last?
So that I can shift the hoses more cleanly...
it doesn't really matter when a block is in the line, the water doesn't really warm up that much :).
Nice cooling btw ! :)
Nothing extreme.. except maybe the mess :D
