I have noticed that my PPD plummits when doing these WU's, specially so when I have many a day, like today, 5k :slapass:
Seen that many of you guys' points don't seem to go up & down much,

Your right, there is definate ppd difference between the projects - Aids (FAAH) work is generally regarded as giving the best return.Quote:
