Are you talking about the 4000+ San Diego cores? They are not in stock according to their website. If they were, I'd order one right now. Where did you get this info?

PS: I hope you're right about the 4000+ because I'm on the phone ordering one from Monarch right now. According to the sales person i'm talking to, it'll be in stock tomorrow, not today. This is the 4000+ OEM San Diego core.

I think he mistook my post for one of Joe's in that thread. I hate the default avatars on that board, Joe and I have the same one. Just edited the post so others don't get confused.

Perhaps this is ond news, as I am not reading the 20 or so pages since my last post, but this 3500+ venice OEM is shipping from the egg right now.

just got it from fedex man. 12 week CBBLE DPAW. smell like an OCer. Too bad I have midterm in 2 hours. Will post result after 5:00 today.

congrats, that's a 3500+ venice ordered from the Egg i assume? please let us know how this cpu oc. too bad mine is not coming till monday, which is going to feel like an eternity for me :(. I should have selected fedex 2nd day :(. btw, rgone from dfi-street forum got his 3700+ diego to 3Ghz, wow, just awesome.

well got my 3500 venice today from the egg and so far i cant hit 3ghz. i can boot into windows at about 2972... i think that was it, but right now im hangin out at 2800. 3ghz only in memtest w/ 1.7volts. watercooling btw

What motherboard? I'm really hoping my 3500+ Venice will play nice with my AV8 3rd Eye because I can't seem to get a response from Abit on the matter.

dfi sli-d 414 bios, i would love to take pics but i dont have a host for them or whatever you call it.

imageshack gives free hosting. but i think there's a separate thread for that here.

I've been out of the loop... strange thing though. Newegg is either lying or they don't know what they're selling. The item description doesn't have SSE3 support in the instruction set list.

well, it IS a 3500+ Venice. Newegg simply copied and pasted the the info for the winchester/newcastle/clawhammer 3500+. They didnt bother making a new fact sheet.

The 3500+ in stock at Monarch, the others at a truck stop, but on the way! ;)
