Well... Actually it isn't but the 400w rating has me worried. That's the best I could afford in order to get 3500+, Xp90c, 6800Gt, and the Fortron. I hope it's enought but since DFi recommends a minimum of a 480W PSU I'm not really sure TBH... :confused:

its at 279$ right now at neweg. but its OEM and im not aware of newegg giving warantees for OEMs past their regular 30day policy. Or am I wrong? *I hope I am*

hey anyone know about extending the warantee on OEMS @ newegg? Monarch has it and i know newegg used to. But does it have it now?????
dangit, my venice won't be delivered till monday :(. oh well, i've waited long enough, i can wait a few more days :(. yea, i wonder why newegg doesn't offer extended warranty on cpus. btw, they have a 7-day return policy :(.
Joe's the man and hooked me up with some free NDA on my 3500+ Venice so it should hopefully be arriving on Friday (lunchtime baby, wohoo!) Its my birthday on Sunday, and he even threw in a free shirt for me. How cool is that!
are there anything bad about Venice OEM? I will ordered from someone, who his brother will pre-ordered from monarch -----> I'm far far away from US approx 10,000 miles away :D
No, I prefer OEM so I can put my own HS on it. They are all the same chips anyway. Just differences in warranty.... which I have never needed for a cpu.
I just checked Newegg, they still have 5 of these 3500 Venice, strange!! I thought everyone are waiting and wanting these Venices, looks like the 3500 aren't that popular... :D

There is no proof to your wild speculation 3500+ sucks at ocing, if any it should be equal or better than 3200+ If the 3500+ sucked it would be speed binned and wouldnt be a 3500+ in the first place. a better reason is people would rather have the 3700+ diego instead or cant afford a 3500+ like me whos waiting for the 3000+
True, but not always. I clocked my winnie 3000+ 270Mhz @ 1,63 (very memcontroller) and the lights go out. The shop sent it to AMD and you know what AMD sends them a new proc back :) . So my price for a Sandy wil be: price 3700 - € 125,- :banana:Quote:
