Anybody know if the p4c800 bios on a p4p800se will gin you 1000 points in 3d01?

added my 760, all aircooled with asus ct-479 cooler using as5 with 25°C
air... @2780 (309x9.0, ram 3:2). just this morning i tried benching it with
255x11, ram 1:1), no go.. so i changed to 2750 (250x11.0, ram 1:1) and
benched 3d2k1, 2k3, 2k5, am3 all in one session, one after the other w/o
rebooting - broke all my records that stood til then :D, all but superpi1m,
which was about .6s off my best (suicide @ 311x9.0, also with asus def.
cooler).

hey people support this database.. it could help give some insights for
people looking to buy new dothans...

This is my question. I see another guy here is running a p4c800e deluxe bios on the p4p800se. That should gain you 1000 points in 3dmark 2001!! Unless I am mistaken. Cant answer you question but might be able to help get you gamming stable at 2600.I try to run prime plus ati tool for stbility testing, you get more heat in the case when the gpu is working also, better case cooling ,air flow will fix this problem.

Thanks, I think you are right about airflow. I have a completely silent case here...
I sure wish someone knew about the p4c bios though...

i added my 740, aircooled with the ct-479 sink. 207*12 absolute max, anything above crashes instantly.
great idea wwwww, hope more people will fill in.

Hey all, I've run into some {read, a :banana::banana::banana::banana:load} of problems with my Banias 1.5G and P4C800E-DLX.

Alright, first off, here is my system specs

ASUS P4C800-E DLX w/ CT479
Banias 1.5G SL6F9
2x512M Samsung TCC4
9800Pro

I originally flashed the bios on the board to the latest P4C one so it would recognise the Banias. But it wouldn't let me adjust vCore. And it was set to something like 1.1v and wouldn't boot into Windows so I had to reduce the multi to 6 which booted it at 600Mhz. Funnily enough, it felt only a bit slower that my 1.8A @ 2.3G. I then tried a number of bios's including the P4P ones. The last one I tried was the 1007.001 for the P4P800 which has now :banana::banana::banana::banana:ed my BIOS and it won't boot. But I can easily get that reflashed. I did do the /n /pnbc command when I flashed as well.

What BIOS do I need to flash with to get the voltages happening ?

i am using 1008, you can adjust the vcore, but not the multi.

watercooled 780..though some 780s need more than just a water for 3g 24/7.. mine don't.

It's an OEM and it seems to be an IBM pull... there's a sticker normally found on CPUs in laptops..

Unless there's some bios prob, it should default to 1.485V. All the VIDs in tact, sounds like one is missing.

i added both my m730 cpu's
first one maxed at 2750 on air with an xp90
current one has maxed at 2670 with a akasa evo 120.

one think i think you should add is fpo/batch country so we can which ones to look out for.

Bios question for P4C800 Del (non -E).
I have heared that bios for -E version will work for non -E version so can anybody tell me what is better, 1021.005 beta for non -E or can I just use 1024.001 beta for -E version?

I believe so, but rmeember the stock vcore is 1.484V, so the pins would change, refer to the intel pin data sheet and vid data sheet.
