I need some EB's though :| to go harder, mem doesn't coorperate very well.

I did not have it today, but sometimes when vcore was too low, or something like that. I also can do 12x270 (I was stunned seeing that), but it would never complete or throw that error :(
No (win2k), and the DFI is sooooo finicky, it sometimes runs this high, and another try results in a lockup :(Quote:

But 12x268 runs fine :D
hehe I think we can both agree on that.. G8 job buddy :toast:
Thx :D
Anywhere in these clocks are the limits of the AXP platform... :(
Score update :D

Still want to go faster
Today i queeze some more out of my XP :)

soo close to the 3GHz :D
Netjes Kakaroto ;)
Any way you can reach the magic marker of 3 ghz? ;)
Some nice dutch luvin' here! :D Great work guys ;)
Thanx Few
Couldn't resist the temptation, and the fact I still had another dutchy with a faster score than me :

8th place on ministry is mine :D
Waiting for Kakaroto's reply........
Try to run it one more time 2996MHz. Then i should hit the 42.1x.
Tried 290x10, but my BH-5 maxed out to 288MHz 2-2-2-5 @3.8v. The board maybe holding back my mem, but im not sure.
I do 280Mhz @3.4v...
Next week think i will refill my Mach1 with R507. Then 3GHz has to be easy to hit. I like your -40C idle :D
Well done all esp SAE ;)
Just posting to say i'm still around just finished updating the tables its upto date as of 2 mins ago.
Just so people are aware daily / weekly updates went out the
window as i needed to spend less time on PC stuff and more
time on RL stuff.
But I'm still commited to updating, but it may be a month apart
between updates i'll never let it span more than month though.
I'm in the need to revise how the system work's as the file size
is over 600K now and on dialup thats an issue for me so thats
another reason for doing less frequent updates.
anyway keep up the good work folks :)
Thx, that's gr8, pal :)Quote:

I see there now are two more a64 in front of me ;) Rank 29 for only an outdated XP ain't that bad ;)
Been a while since I've last put a score up here but hey, why not?
Got a new A64 3500+, Asus A8V and gig of HyperX PC4000....
Voltage mods are in order of course but I just got the board today. Aircooled btw w/ Zalman chunk of copper on it.
First up... as I didn't really know how to decipher the mem settings.. as there seems to be ALOT more than what I'm used to, I haven't changed anything but cas to 2.5.... And w/ that change and leaving the rest the same.. voltage @ 2.8v I got 263mhz.
http://www.maximumoc.com/img/hardwar...xus_pifast.jpg
And this score was a smidget faster.. my fastest I've hit thus far aircooled.

It really seems that the A64 loves more mhz rather than FSB. At least on this particular bench. When I have more time tomorrow I will be sure to run 3dmark and other benches. I also have a 6800 128mb (until the ultra comes out) to hold me over.
Also if interested...

whats your timings at 265?
Tom the timings are 2-2-2-6. Will try for 268-269 x 11 soon I hope.
ok, if this is the same version of pifast that we use over at www.ministryofoverclocking.net then my best so far is 72.00 seconds :) thats on my XP2400+ with 256mb of ram, haveing problems geting a stable enough overclock to run at any decent overclock atm, think its due to my 5V rail being at 4.7V, hopefully that time will improve soon though :)
owen
Well not bad:toast:Quote:

One day I think You must come to my place with that mob,
We will put it unter the Cascade -120c and do x13
Btw I have another cascade at -112c for the ATI with a standard Prommy heat, just to mount on it..
:D
Can I have a cascade or do I have one build myself? :D
Sure I can come visit you some day.....could get quite interesting with some good cooling.
Nice :)
DFI Infinity + XP-M 2600+ @ DI
My 1st DI run im going to run in again soon with ethanol or acetone instead of denaturalised alcohol (ethanol should give much better temps than the dena alcohol).
The second problem i had was that the board had problems on mp 12/12,5 the cpu didnt get above 3050 on those multis (sill don’t know what the problem was).
