I've been running that configuration for a couple of weeks now with no problem. Tuniq facing so`air blows towards i/o panel.Quote:

*edit*
Still, 7200 Mb/Sec 1:1 @ 4-4-4-16 with 2V up it`s ass, on a 336fsb is not to be sniffed at, - tho` 60% Efficiency really SUCKS!
It'd just be nice to know before I fork out the spondoolies! ;)
My crucial Ballistix PC8000 seems to run a bit hot on my ICFX3200, and this is at the stock voltage (2.2) and timings, 5-5-5-15 timings.
Does anyone have some optimized timings & voltage for this RAM?
what are your drive strengths?
hey I will use linux OS.. :) anybody knows where I could find a driver for Promise PDC40719??
Should be no problem. Just turn the Tuniq so it blows the air up or down (preferrably up) and there is plenty of clearance.Quote:

You need Drivers for the FastTrak TX4300 but will need to using SUSE or RedHat. Selecting "Other" for the OS will give you Linux Partial Source Code.
I have mine blowing air up (to the top of the case). This allowed me to install the Thermaltake Extreme Spirit II on the northbridge where it blows air across the base of the CPU. Every lit bit of cooling helps. :smoke:Quote:

Of corse except cpu and ram voltage ;)
I believe 1,5v.
I believe it depends of cooling. I think that up to 1.65 with air and 1.8 with water is safe on chipset. After most important is 'NB PLL 1.8V Voltage' and 'NB Core 1.2V convert from' and for both i think up to 2V-2.1V is safe (only 10% above stock volt).Quote:

I just read Anandtech's review of Vista and I'm curious as to whether I should get 2 more gig's of RAM to avoid some of the problems they ran into.

I currently have 2GB's of OCZ Titanium Alpha VX2 ready to go into the new PC on the RD600. Has anyone any info regarding performance issues with this board and 4GB of RAM?
I am currently running Vista x64 with 2gigs of RAM with no problems. It seems to run faster then XP and gaming is on par or even better then XP.
Thanks raidflex.
Are you currently running RAID 0 or any other RAID right now? Also, will current games (eg. FEAR doom3 hl2) work on x64 vista? Is the BIOS you are using stable? Still debating on this board or a quadGT.Quote:

The OC i currently got with this board is in sig. Its a great board, you just need to do A LOT of tweaking to get things the way you want but the outcome is usually very rewarding.
anyone know why dfi club is done...

e6600@3420 (9x 380 w/1.4625v in bios)
would i see an advantage to running at 425x8?
my ram is async @400 4-4-4-1T w/2.2v
