There is an auction on eBay for 7 CCB1E's with Buy it Now for $360 each. Not sure if I am allowed to post auction links, but it should'nt be hard to find the auction.

Argh can't find info on CCB1E stepping anywhere! A google search shows one half-useful result was a thread on Anandtech where somebody bought a tray of CCB1E's, but no overclocks have been posted as of yet. Damn.

Wow that thread has so much spam clogging it up... I'm still deciding whether I should risk buying one of these chips rather than waiting to get a CCBWE. Don't wanna get one and find out it's a useless clocker. Hmm, is anyone else thinking about getting one?

thunderstruck!

Priming @ 2.8 @ 1.43V on a DFI SLI-DR rev. ad0. Temps are high, but I'm switching to the storm block soon. Hoping for 3Ghz!

Also, core 0 is so much stronger than core 1. I could prime all day long with 1.35V @ 2.8 with core 0, but core 1 instantly fails

Got an OEM Opteron 165 CCBWE 0546MPMW from Monarch today. Just started testing it: priming nicely at 2.7GHz and 1.45v.

That's a lot of volts you putting it through. I believe there was a dsicussion in the xpert or rdx200 thread that the original DFI NF4 under report volts and thats the reason why it takes more volts for the cpu to reach the same speeds on the xpert or rdx200. Becareful with those volts.

Is that the voltage u set in the bios or what your reading from windows?

mbm5 reads about .025 less than what is actually set in the bios for me.

If that's the volts SET in the BIOS (not reported) it's ok.

I used 1.595v in the BIOS, but BOIS is reading 1.56v, and when I boot into Windows, SG reports 1.54v. I'm using chilled air and I'm only doing this for testing, not for 24/7 use right now. That'll have to wait until the rest of my watercooling gets here.

How did you get mbm5 to work with nf4? I see people using a colorful temp reporting program and want to use it, since SG doesn't report neg temps.

Wow..! That makes me feel the urge to BIOS flash my board so it stops having terrible voltage fluctuations(sp?) and to get rid of that lame 274Mhz HTT cap it has..:slobber:

It goes from 1.32v to 1.408v..I happened to catch it on 1.408. :slapass:
