I disabled it in the BIOS but it still shows up when i'm booting. Does anything else need to be disabled?

BIOS 0602 is out...
Here they are, done all tests 3 times:
All test on same Hd's (Samsung 500GB HD S-ata ), Gskill ram at PC8000 5-5-5-15 and CPU at 3ghz ( 9 x333 )

If I compare X38 is a tat faster then P35 but by not much... I redone all tests 3 times and I got similar results
Scope I think you're experiencing the divider issue. And I doubt memtest will work right on this board.
As for me, I have gotten to 4GHz, 445*9 1.48v Core, 1.63v NB, 1.1 and 1.63 SB volts, 1.8 PLL volts, 1.55 FSB Term volts.
I am having issues with certain dividers as is most everyone else. This is easy to work around, but it would be nice if they fixed it.

Sorry for the small CPUz font, I run 1600x1200. All temps are good IMO. The RAM does get overvolted by .1 volts, so watch that.
I would also like to add (coming from a 680i) that Loadline Calibration is by far the best feature ever. Sorry nvidia guys, but if you don't need SLI, this board is far superior than the 680i IMO.
OK guys just got my BFG 8800GT OC, this thing is a overclocking monster, does 756/1836/2160 very easy, better performer than my 8800GTX overclocked even, wow, never thought so little money could buy me that good of a video card.
Are those the lowest stable voltages you have been able to get? Is that much CPU PLL voltage actually necessary? I'd like to get about 420 x 9 since I can't get 450 x 8 to work and I am having issues with 420 x 9 but I think it will be more doable than 450x8. Also, is the the bios setting for cpu pll or the actual bios reading?
Pete you think that was awesome look at this guys piccies at post 6, I couldn't believe it was possible

To think I was 2 minutes away from attempting to take off the heatpipe from my board.
I am really glad I didn't now!
Well it's best done when you get the board out of the box, I did it after a few hours pf running and the putty was already very very sticky, needed half an hour slowly heating it up with a hair dryer, then gently turning it left right , each time a few mm's , then again hair dryer,.... mm's were gained till it popped off with IHS in place :)
Then another hour with Arctic Cleaning kit on the NB to get it cleaned... Never ever needed so much work to remove a heatsink, I hope this is not the goo Asus will use each time pfffffffffff
what problems are you guys having with the memory dividers?
I was trying to run 1:1 most of the time. I started at stock 266, also tried 333 and 400. Same thing every time. I'm convinced I got a bad board. The restart issues alone are out of control. I shouldn't have to flip the power off on the power supply to reboot. Not to mention again the 5 out of 6 sticks that tested bad with this board in Memtest86+, Memtest (Windows) and two different versions of Windows Memory Diagnostic, all test fine on the 680i. Even Asus thinks it’s bad, from the restart issues alone. Not sure if I want to try another one or just live with the 680i for now. This board took 4 days of my life that I’ll never get back. ;-)
alot don't work on 266FSB timings. 333 is fine, but I like266/400fsb/1000mem, and is currently hard to get stable. Secondary timings have to be set far too loose, and voltage far to high...I can pop everything in P35 and other and have no issues...
I mean, really, this chip is different, maybe these speeds don't work, but I get higher FSB on 266 than I do on 333 on all other boards for some reason, with elss volts.
has anyone managed to get their quad core up to 4Ghz with this board?
Sweet!
got a shot of your cpu-z info with ram settings?
what ram did you use?
Heres some results i just got at 3.915Ghz

GAR!!!! since the last clock i've managed to get 445x9 (not stable yet) and i'm now having the issues with prime not loading the cpu 99-100%. it's high 80's to low 90's. i think the vcore is at 1.57 according to probe. just wanted to get it stable and then work my way back.... but yeah, so i'm now having the same problem. we have definately got to figure this out. pretty much everybody has the issue now lol, i thought i disproved it about the board/cpu but i guess not. it just comes at different volts for others.
