Yes, telling customer service you are dissatisfied with pricing is 100% VALID, and if enough people do it, it WILL filter up and they WILL realize at the very least that their customers are NOT happy.

Am I a terrible person now for finding that really funny? If you work CS you know you are going to get crap, just like a telemarketer job, etc. Do they deserve it, probably not. (telemarketers do, on the other hand)
I didn't buy a single part for my entirely new C2D rig from Newegg this time around. Last time I built from the ground-up I bet all but 1 or 2 parts were from Newegg.
Finally. :)
Gigabyte DS3
C2D E6600
Gigabyte 7600GT
Corsair 6400 2GB
Scythe Ninja+
RAID-0 36Gig Raptors
OCZ 700W
It's FUN to pick on CSR's... PLUS they DO pass it on to their bosses.
scoot... hehehehe.
A smart CSR knows how to not take crap. People that do it frequently are going to eventually find out it gets them nowhere. If its done person to person possibly laying bloody in a parking lot.Quote:

Ok,, but the price os $389 doesn's seem to be a typo lol!! .. too bad Egg. :(
they have 6400 as 2m and 6300 as 4mb
Newegg is obviously listening to the feedback because they fixed the CACHE typo. e6400 and e6300 are both 2mb cache now.
