Flashed to 1202 from 1004 no problems detected so far, I am running an E0 E8400, haven't overclocked or anything yet.

Tried 1202. Had BSOD and lost bios settings after reset. Back to 1102.
err ok, maybe a bad flash. Try reflashing it? Working fine here, my E8500 still doing 4.5 small FFT prime 95 stable.Quote:

So this isn't about the P5K not being stable then, it's about trying to push the FSB too high. You should clarify that when asking for help regarding stability. I'm sure at stock it's stable then?
