Well, both boards are going to give you more OC'ing options than you can possibly need to use, so it's up to you :P I'd be something inclined to go for the DFI board.
G.Skill or Corsair 3x2 Gb DDR3 RAM? Both 1600 Mhz, CL8 or CL9.

If you are buying right now & money isn't an object, go the Bloodrage route. I personally can't stand DFI's BIOS options (mainly because I don't understand all of them & what they do :) ).
