Guys anyone noticed that AI SUITE gets buggy sometimes, i got 2 times reported some values on 0 and then process starts using 30% CPU i have to close it and restart

Have you tried the newest version or are you running the one off of the mb disc?

I have noticed that whenever I have realtemp open, AI Suite will report voltages that are incorrect, i.e. mb, psu etc. . .

I have not tested the newest version yet

noticed that AI Suite had some problems reporting values 0 if i open HWInfo and AI Suite @ the same time

Got a problem When I load the Extreme Profile. When I load it my HDD does not show up anymore. My DVD drive shows but nothing for the HDD. Don't know what to make of it. Even if I just try to boot it ask me to load bootable media? Bios is 1850.

Anyone else experience this?

DDog when loading xtreme profile it will disable lots of things did you check ? boot, order etc inside BIOS ?

Or check to make sure RAID is selected under SATA Configuration or AHCI, depending on what your using. When I load different profiles I have to go back and set SATA Configuration to RAID then put the RAID array as first boot device.

Annoying but it happens.

guys just to share this info with you as we all know we want good chips

i tested 2 #L045B385 MALAY and 1 is x54 and the other is x56

i tested 2 #3103B375 COSTA RICA 1 is x55 and the other x56

so far very good batches just to let u know ;)

I am selling my 2500K 55X chip and one of my two 2600K (52X) chip. Its a great little chip but I need HT for my main use, encoding. I will try another one from MicroCenter this week or next, depening on when they get their shipment in. Last week they only had 3 left (all new batches) and now they are out of stock so as soon as they get their shipment in I will pick another one and test it out.

Dumo, now I just need a solid SS that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg and I would love to get into subzero. I have a subzero air chiller which gets to about -30C but have to build the PC inside of the insulated air chamber and load temps on an old P4 would get to 10C with alot of voltage. Have not used it for so long because it is a PIA to setup. Would love a nice SS for a good price.

You can check in vapor phase change section here Deachus, theres a few good built there.

Some of my 2600K that can go 5750Mhz. 4C/4T won't even do 5600Mhz 4C/8T HT on vantage/'06/wprime stable at any Vcore/temp.
Whereas another 5650Mhz max cpu has no problem running HT on near its Mhz. wall

Yep, I'm still binning Andre eventhough kinda late in the game for 2600K...

SB-E and Bulldozer probly will take over soon:)

I am only looking for a solid 2600K that can run 24/7 5Ghz or higher low volts. Would like to get one that does 5Ghz at 1.42v or less. I would also like that same chip to be bench stable at 56x100 4C/8T Vantage, wPrime.

I know they are out there but just haven't found one yet. Hopefully the new MicroCenter shipment coming in this week has some good ones in it. Have you tested alot of the new batches? 3115BXXX, 3117BXXX ?? If so, have you found any 56X chips in those new batches? I only see newer batches at MicroCenter since I snagged that 3103B chip that died on me.

I test a few 3110BXXX~3118BXXX from MC and Newegg and ended up with 52X/53X average...could'nt find any good pattern to do same batch hunting with those:(

Yesterday, I tried setting the LLC to 100%, and I could get down to 1.42v for 50x in bios and while running IBT, on very high the voltage would climb upto 1.44v, and if I set it to 1.41v with 75% LLC, I'm crashing, and I'm almost certain a little while ago I had the chip 100% stable at 1.41v at 50x. I'm wondering is the chip deteriorating? has any one else noticed if their chip needs more volts to get stable at a previously stable clock?

I understand that Andre but unfortunetly they don't have any of those batches at my local MicroCenter or I would have bought them all already. I just sold my 55X 2500K and waiting for my other 2600K to sell. I just got off the phone with MicroCenter and they informed me they are still sold out of 2600K but a truck is bringing a new shipment in tomorrow. I will buy 1 or 2 tomorrow and report back my results, depending on the batches that the truck brings.

I had some of those same weird problems. I had one chip do 50x100 at 1.42v LLC 75% and it passed 13 runs of LinX maxmem newest linpack before it crashed. I upped voltage one notch and it wouldn't even make one pass in LinX, dropped voltage and it wouldn't make 1 pass in LinX, set LLC to 100% and crash. I don't get it. Sometimes I can pass 10-15 runs LinX at one voltage then can't pass one run of LinX. Weird but I feel it could be heat related due to making all those passes then crashing. I am looking to get a single stage (just missed a good deal for one that holds SB at -30C for $325.00 in For Sale section) and I am also looking to add a second rad to my custom water setup in my 800D. Currently have a 3x120 EK in the top and will probably add a 2x120 in the bottom.
