Waiting for HR-07 Trio L..........
Andrea delux,
How do you like the Megahelems? I am waiting on mine, it is in the mail! How was the base?
Thanks, your system looks great!

My new toy
Not the best image I took, I did it in like a minute (editing included).
http://www.hostthenpost.org/uploads/...bea0c4572a.jpg
The card looks fairly small in the pic :D How long is it actually?
Andrea how are your temps with SLI 2x GTX 295? I have heard a lot of people have trouble with over heating when running two 295's together, this is obviously due to the air restriction that two bricks in the case cause.
Very nice setup!! Though I would recommend running that fan power cable under the motherboard or around and behind instead of draping it across the motherboard/CPU cooler. You can get extensions for those cables from NewEgg if it's too short to re-route.
There ya go I redid the image size
It's about 9-10 inches long
Oh, benches coming?
IMHO, the Dominator AF cooler looks better with the top blue sticker off.
Was gonna replace the flaky stock fans with some not noisy 40mm Sanyo Denkis that a good friend has.
But that cooler with the 40mm triblades is simply wow!!
What make are those fans? :)
Back here after a very long time- lots of pics to catch up with. :D

Fatal1ty, cant you post pics?
Time to buy a new case......
http://www.abload.de/img/unbenannt-1dvy1.jpg
Is that your test bench for the vga cooling round up?
Nope, new PC with Core i7 =). Roundup's already been finished, just waiting for the new page of Silenthardware to get it online ;). Moreover we only test coolers IN the case ;)
Nice to hear that it will be put up soon.
What case are you planning to get?
Lian Li Tyr X500 ;)
Tommy nice GPU vent holder :)
great choice of case
Mmmh, that's no problem. Never wanted an enormous airflow, just a silent system. So I'm going to use just the two rear-fans ;)
I think I know why you choose that giant Lian Li case Tommy.
It's to keep your "tower" appeal from the heatsinks to the exterior isn't it?
Or was it a review sample just lying around you happen to decide to use? LOL
Actually I only want that case because it's just beautiful :hitself:
The possibilities for cablemanagement are nice too and in the upper part there should be enough space for my GrowUp SmartDrive (I really hope so )

That heatsink looks nice but will you be putting up a comparison to the copper TRUE? :) Just wondering.
I need a actual size image but the heatpipes looks like 8mm away from where the base contacts the cpu. That's a bit too tad far away for the heatpipes don't you think?
I wouldn't get a testsample of a TR True Copper and I wouldn't buy it. The Cooler I shown is about two years old and a prototype. I don't think, that Nanoxia will drop it to the market. Your right, the heatpipes are about 7-8mm away from where the base contacts the cpu, it's a tribute to the possibility to mount the cooler in 360 degrees. Look at the S775 mounting holes. ;)
The Black AL-Edition:
http://hardwareluxx.patrock84.de/patrock8408.jpg
@ patrock84: too bad the North bridge cooler is blocking the most ideal positioning.
@ drnip: soo much green standing out, reminds me of some souped up car (ie: ricerocket)
drnip, nice rig.
Wont the anodize reduce heat dissipation ?
If I'm not mistaken it's like nickel plating on heatsinks. The effect is so small it's nearly negligible. Unfortunate I don't have any links or charts to prove this claim rather than anodized heatsinks and nicked black TRUE with same performance numbers as regular TRUE that are already sold in markets.
I see, that explanation is good enough for me.
Thermalright hoe :D
those heatsinks are absolutely beautiful though
Nice rig Nikon! I too have the Asus WS Revolution and an Enermax Revolution PSU. :D
pictures or didn't happen :D
A agree except for the MOSFET heatsinks, those are just ugly! IMHO.

I couldnt find my nikkor 18-55 lens, Hence I had to shoot photos with 70-300 telephoto zoom lens:rofl::down:. In a small room as I have it was the most difficult thing I had ever done in my room.
Stuff done: inside paintjob done.
Fan grills and sub grill painted uv yellow.
backplate was cut for cable managament. (I know still it is not enough but stacker needs lots of time)
cables sleeved.

And will get nice red uv cathod.
And I'm still working on cutting the sidepanel. After mounting plexy my job will be completed. who am I fooling pc jobs never end:D

heatsink :banana::banana::banana::banana:ography!
I spy value of over $500 usd in retail price in heatsinks before tax and shipping :p:
Not exactly as good as mine, but in an assumable quality ;). You only have to know how to handle your cam ;)
Here two pics from my old Sony DSC-W100:

Lighting, background color, tripod. Good images can come out from these 3 basic things from my experience but it's best to do it under manual mode for any camera.

That's with my two new Palit 285s and Asus Xonar Essence STX. I would have liked to get an Auzentech X-Fi Home Theater HD but they aren't out yet.
@ croto5000 - good idea :)

those are some seriously shiney bases. excellent work sir
Why not? As long as you get the correct lighting, exposure, and have the focus right, you can take good pictures also. And also, tripod is a must:) If tripod is not handy, at least try not to hold your camera in your hands:rolleyes:.
Remember, you don't necessarily need a good camera to be a good photographer:yepp:. A real photographer can take good pictures no matter what camera they are using:up:.
^ Nice as well as interesting. More details?
@poparamiro:nice coolers you have there my compatriot. tine-o tot asa man!!!
oh wow, even the lighter Mushi vga cooler can slightly bend cards a bit
how in the world did you get that so shiny!!!!?!?!?!?!
Really Nice work
Is that some fan controller? GPU fan is connected to it.
Also..
How are NB fans connected to heatsinks? I see no wires, screws... etc. There is a photo of two of these smaller diameter on acclero-like-gpu-air-cooler scythe or something.
I like my noctua C12P :D
No lapping done...out of the box condition...

Months of planning before deciding on hardware to use for the build. Interior spray painted case. No Stock heat sinks anywhere. Passive build relies solely on negative pressure under airflow path cooling (similar to most dell systems). Custom spray painted gold I/o back side and pci parts. Black spray paint for some pci parts for black pcb.
Time to make this? Over a month.
How much I spent? Too embarrassing to say, you do the math.
Why it's called it PITA? It was PITA during installation, that's why.
