I have played with the card a couple of days myself.
Max clock i reached was 820/820, but was artifact free, got
12722 in 3dmark05.
I have been trying to unlock the card. First idea was to use 1900XT bios with moddified ram size, but after talking with Jaz Man, The RaBiT author, ram size ins't that easy to change, so insted he edited my 1900GT bios, with unlocking to 16/48. I flashed, still showed 12 pipes in ati tool, same performance. I tryed with different Device ID (Catalyst protection), still no go.
The only option that is possible, is 1900 AIW bios, but i can't get it.

Does anyone know why X1900GT was launched?
Dell asked fot 50,000 pieces of 7900GT from nVidia...but she couldn't deliver them...nVidia couldn't even produce these number of cards at the time period that Dell wanted them..!
So , Dell approached ATi and ask her for a card with similar performance to 7900GT...and X1900GT was born!
Cause of this big production...the finnaly agreed to produce the card for everyone..and ATi's next 80nm card will be on August as they have programmed..

UPDATE - I'll keep this up until Newegg has stock of these.
If anyone sees stock of X1900GTs in Newegg pls let me know, I'll have to unstick this.

Based on these reviews:

...the x1900GT is consistently at least 30% faster than the X1800GTO.
So its not bad :)

Just bought a HIS IceQ3 X1900GT from Newegg, for $299. Has the huge copper heatpipe heatsink. Any news if they're unlockable, or have 1.1ns RAM?

Thanks onethreehill, exactly what I was looking for :D I was struggling to decide between a x1900gt & x1800xt - for my purposes its the x1800xt.Quote:

Mine was the same. I got mine totally stable at 700/800 (HIS IceQ3) and it barely touches 60*C in long periods of gaming.
Voltages are.. 1.375v/1.996v/1.996v/1.438v
