I recently have Core Duo T2500 running for a few days now. Sys Spec as below:
i975Xa-YDG stock BIOS
T2500 @ 2.9GHz, 1.5vcore, cooled by Zalman 7000A-Cu
Corsair XMS2 @ 248MHz, 4,4,4,12
Asus 6600GT stock
Antec 500
I can do PI all day long, but it reboots every time I do 3DMark benchy, including at stock speed. I could not find any option in the BIOS of how to lock the PCIE.
Any input is appreciated!

This is frustrated! I swapped the ASUS 6600GT with eVGA 7800GT, same results. Is this a plug-and-play or plug-and-pray board? I did both, anyways, same sh.ty results. As long as I don't do 3DMark, I'm fine. I can boot up to 3.2GHz, browsing the webs. As soon as I started clicking on the 3Dmark, the dawn thing reboots:nuts:
Any inputs/suugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Underpowered PSU or a multiple 12v rail PSU. Single 12v rail PSUs work the best.Quote:

I think you are right on the $$$. I can tell as I was playing with different graphic cards last night. Those that require SLi line had hard time booting into Windows while those that don't, jupmed straight into Windows with no problem.Quote:
