Jinu I have read the installation guides that are at the top of this forum. One guide gives me good ideas the 2nd guide (fuggers) has bad links to all the photos so it dosent help much as you cant see what hes talking about. In the kit you included with the jinuv2000 there are a couple of things i have questions about?
(1) The plastic back plate and the thick foam squares i assume go on the back of the board but it appears that the entire assembly is going to be too thick to allow you to mount the motherboard in the case. The motherboard standoffs are not going to allow enough clearance for the plastic plate and foam to fit between the bottom of the motherboard and the case.
(2) If i use the long threaded studs and wing nuts that came with the assembly to attach the evap to the processor and compress all this foam enough so that the evap makes good contact with the cpu it seems like im going to be tightening these wing nuts a great deal? is there some kind of rule of thumb that lets me know how much to tighten them? I guess the question is, SOOO much foam and such delicate parts how do i keep from crushing stuff we dont want crushed?
(3) You included with the kit some 1.5" wide sticky tar like strips all rolled up.
What do i do with these rolls of sticky stuff?
I have covered the motherboard in conformal coating well, and i will use plenty of dilectric grease but im kind of at a loss on the above 3 questions.

hopefully i can help.
1) i'm not sure what foam jin provided for the back mounting(maybe square neoprene?), but two layers of the armaflex tape should be sufficient.
here's an example of just one layer. I filled in the gaps with more armaflex. Then, I topped it off with another layer afterwards.

then just put the mounting plate over it. This should allow you to have enough room between the motherboard and motherboard tray.
my front insulation is a little cleaner with two layers of armaflex on the front around the cpu socket.

2) As for mounting the evap, I tighten with my hands until I can't twist the wingnuts anymore. This might be different unless your CPU has an IHS on it.
3) Again, I'm not sure what Jin provided you with, the only tar stuff I can think of is seal string, which is this:

which is armaflex or neoprene insulation tape, which can be used around the cpu and back of the board. I know Jin uses a variant of armaflex which is easier to remove from the board.

edit: Also I just want to make clear that use plenty of dielectric grease in and around the socket. I had a hard time figuring out why my computer wasn't powering on and it was the condensation that was forming on the pins of the cpu. Also since last time, I sprayed a couple layers of silicon conformal coating on the back of the board and have a couple layers of clear nail polish on the front.
edit2: take a look at 4Qman's insulation job, it might be a bit overdone, but it's pretty good. As for the back of his board, the insulation job probably won't work in a case without cutting the back of the motherboard tray.

Thanks for your help, that was what i was looking for, I still had to drill holes in the motherboard mounting tray of the case for the screw heads to fit thru. the back plate that comes with the evap. is a little too thick imho. but ive got it to work. After seeing your photos i will have to pull the evap. and cut some foam for the front side of the motherboard (around the cpu socket) right now all i have is conformal coating and dilectric grease. Ive only powered on the system a couple of times and then only for about 3 mins each time. so i shouldnt have done any damage.
