You have no idea how long I was waiting to see someone bench a X2/FX60 in 01. Awesome result. :woot:Quote:

Congratulations to both of you guys
:toast:
It really is like the old days :) watching you guys battle it out, would be just amazing if someone else dropped a 52k+ benchie, XS would start going off the chart, heheee
-OT-
Thats so wrong that futuremark still havnt sorted their database, if you consider the amount of peeps who check the orb to buy a card, one could think that these are underhand tactics to undermine ati :stick: , all they need to do is add a few database entries

Firstly I have to agree with the comments on Futuremark, they used to put in the new cards as soon as they were public, what's going on here and why those two X1800 choices ..do they actually look at the ORB nowadays ?
Excellent battle between all 3 contestants, very very nice to watch. Cheers guys. Such a shame no Dothan dual x16 Pcie board .... can you imagine ...
Regards
Andy
There is a fourth contender to the throne ... more like a team actually ...

Normally that doesnt prevent you from uploading a result thou - it will just show up as "Generic VGA" and you cant publish it.Quote:

I can upload Mark05 with X1900.

This is getting better and better, but i must say, there was nothing like the battle between Macci and OPP with P4EE vs FX51. It was a daily war :)
Look like they added X1900 cards to '01.

Yeap ........COMPARE URL........:)
Thank you guys......
Thing is that there is NO AMD chip to compare/battle with the DOTHANS in 2k1........Now there are only DOTHANS and the battle is taking place between the VGAs......:)Quote:

Kinda makes things not fun for anyone trying to get front page ... 20 spots on the front page and 15 users.Quote:

Congrats BTW. :bows:

Granted, the Dothans are kicking ass and taking AMD names. I just hope to see continued competition between the 2 companies.
yeh but yonah is faster even in single core apps than dothan :slobber:Quote:

About 01, SLI and crossfire are taking care of the CPU power of dothan. how about an FX @ 3900 with X1900xtx crossfire? as for the 03, 05,06 im pretty sure the chip in your lab (the X2 4800+) has enough CPU power (3350 in stock Vapo LS is waaaay good) and good a good sign for no cold bug (0518 week stepping) .
Just make sure you solder those broken pins and ill do my best so that you have a Greek competitor ;)
You are right.....I'll move my 7800GTX score BUT I'll leave my 49k of my X800XT-PE one to be between the 7800GTX's........:DQuote:
