But it kind of sucks to loose 4-way bank interleave that way as it makes up for that 2T a bit. But If Expert does 300Mhz without the need to disable BI then it's a really nice touch ;)Quote:

BUT, I did enable the bank interleave when I run 4dimm UTT ATM IIRC. :p:
So disable B.I. might be the key in terms of running that on TCCD 4 dimms. ;)
Sorry, one more Q... Do you know If that Oscar Wu's screenshot from Expert is with or without BI?Quote:

Unless Oskar has reworked the who board to be totally different to the RDX200 9~15 may over drive the dimms. Now i know a ton of components have been changed so i now feel we need to know if he has reversed the drive resistors.
As far as im concerned 1 to 8 suits 2 dimms, evens are normal drive odds are week, 8 is strongest and 2 is weakest just the same as 7 is strongest and 1 is weakest.
Now from 9 to 15 im unsure as Oskar keeps this a secret, but to hit 4 dimms 1t i had to run 15 on the RDX which would mean thats maximum drive. Now if you know how to enable maximum drive you would know that certain resistances have to be switched. What we need to know is how he is switching them so we can advise people on how to overclock.
I will be asking Oskar this, we need answers on this.
Hey mentor,
I believe that 4dimm DDR600 2t is set to driving strength as 9
** be sure you check the date of the bios he use.;)
OPB
So now what's the deal if my Expert is a dud? I'd sure like a replacement CPU and board if things turn into an AMD BBQ.

That's some extreme carnage there. :toast: Sucks that you lost some awesome hardware though :(
I'm REALLY hoping I don't hear the "Death Sound" tomorrow :stick:

Btw, sorry to hear about your CPUs. May they rest in peace. :toast:
Sorry to hear about this Kevin.
Seeing the picture you posted reminded of the car I crashed on the track....
