This is OCZ VX3200 at 270x10, 2-2-2-6 @ 3.5 VDIMM. Completed SuperPI 32M at default VLDT and VCHIP! I picked up this 2x512 from Newegg for around $161 I believe. The sticks seem a tad slower than my XMS3500 at 267x10 though.
Board: DFI-Ultra-D
BIOS: 510-2
DIMM slots: #1/#3 orange
CPU: 3700+ San Diego
This is OCZ VX4000 at 261x11, but needs only 3.3 VDIMM. Doesn't go much higher. I have run the sticks at 260 @ 3.2 VDIMM, Memtest clean and 3D stable, but did not try a 32M run there.

All valid screnies have been added!
@kostek13
First of all, you have not provided any info as to what mobo and RAM are you using... Second, raise your screen resolution so you can fit 2 instances of CPU-Z (CPU and Memory tabs)...
Best I can get out of this 3200 Gold BH, 262Mhz 3.6v. Using 0704-2(Bigtoe mod).

This is on the 7 series BIOS. I switched to the 310P after and could do it with 3.3v. (see new 270mhz below)

I´m happy to see this thread as a sticky, it deserves it.
Thanks for the work bachus_anonym!
I second that. The Winbond and TCCD NF3/NF4 threads have been great resources for my learning curve.Quote:
