probably still peeling the seal string off his ass. :stick:
OK Guys,
I'm finally able to get online now. My DSL was just restored. I know you guys were waiting to see screenies of the chip, so I'm sorry I couldn't post last night, but I'm not going to apologize for PacBell DSL. Well, I threw the chip in my msi k8n neo2 plat last night, bios 1.41mod and setup my stock  fx55 heatsink (however, I did use it with a delta 80mm and a fan adapter). Threw the power switch and...
No problem posting! :D
By this time, it was already getting late since I had to setup the stock cooling on my board, try to figure out what was going on with dsl, and fix a problem with my raid array. I managed to take a few screenies and I'll post them in a new thread when I get to my work (and yes that will be today :D ). I don't mean to tease, but I'd thought I'd share at least one pic with you guys before I go. Now it's no overclock, but it's something quite astounding (at least to me) other than pure mghz....I'll let you guys figure it out......

woo there he is :)
ok... now OC it
Glad to hear this thread is about a "V" in your computer and not a "V" between your legs!!! Sorry to hear about your DSL troubles..
As for the astounding thing.. the ability to undervolt to 1.2? Anyone else got a better idea than that?
Geez, have one dsl outtage on an inconvenient day and people start calling me a liar :D Trust me, it's the real deal and you'll definately change your thinking when you see the screenies.....I'm off to work....Quote:

Nice! :slobber:
looking forward to you next post ;)
test how far you can go with each voltage :
1.2 V
1.3 V
1.4 V
1.5 V
1.6 V
1.7 V (only if you don't worry about the chip :toast: )
OK that's it!

I know this has already been said, but... 1.2V?!?!?!? Holy     ...
s7e9h3n: that was definatley a suspensful post... I am pretty excited to see what that thing can do with more volts...
BTW, how did you meet this AMD friend? Business relation?
I'm curious to see what the SSE3 patch Spi does. I am suprized at the lower voltage though... I can't find the "A code" vcore listed anywhere, what VID does Clockgen show? /EDIT/ Didn't see the clockgen shot off my screen :p:
These do look nice.
