rig in sig!
prime stable at those settings. figured i needed to put load on the computer while i'm away at work.
Wow... I'm very interested what kind of production you'll get out of that monster.
im kinda dissapointed in the performance of folding on my machine, i dont leave it on while im at school but when im home its always on, and i still am not getting the results i hoped for, i guess this is the best i can expect from a lightly overclocked Northwood...

I finally splurged on cases for my Xeon rigs. Here are the two at my desk...

and close up...

And I one more case came in today that I'll populate later this week or maybe this weekend...

First time I've ordered Chieftec cases and I have to say I really like them. Very well made and not too much $$$. ;) I wish I could have found one more Matrix case but TigerDirect ran out and I couldn't find them anywhere else. Oh well... I'm happy. :D
nice, just one question, how many rooms in your house have at least 1 computer in them, and how many rooms dont?
Just the basement(pictured) and my son's room. All the computers listed as (offsite) are not here... using my electricity. ;) If it wasn't for having to pay for electricity... I'd probably have 8 or 9 dual Xeons running. As it stands though... 4 is going to be my limit.
I have a chieftech too for my main rig (in sig)... I love it!Quote:

hopefully it churns out some conformers (hopefully) and i need to grab some memory for my dual p3 450mhz server! that will be interesting

*BUMP*
Let's see some people updating us on what they've changed over the past month or two and... HEY ALL YOU NEW CRUNCHERS... LET'S SEE WHAT YOU'VE GOT!!! ;)
4 crunching and just added a 5th.
AXP-M north of 2800 mHz
AXP-M just south of 2400 mHZ
AXP-M @ 2182 mHz
AXP 2500+ @ 2191 mHz
just added another AXP-M @ 2136 mHz
I need to do some HSF cleaning / system renovating; the last three systems have been crunching for a long time, at higher speeds, but i've had to lower their clocks over time, to maintain them w/o paying much attention to 'em.
Right now ( for another 24 hours)
1) 2.8E prescott, varies from stock to 3.66 Ghz
2) Pentium 200Mhz (this baby's cranking out 3.7 a day!!!)
Once my parts come in over the next few days:
Dually Xeon 1.6Ghz x2 or whatever it cranks up to.
Pentium 200
Dual 550 Mhz Xeon
In another few weeks, I'll add another Xeon rig, and more as I beg the wife :cord:
 I can completely relate to that last statement. ;)Quote:

Assume Monday and be surprised if it's today. ;) (my bet is today btw)
sadly, I'm not getting the dual xeons... the asus board isnt exactly cheap over here and january isn't exactly over yet. if it was, I'd get those ebay xeons you pointed me to, 2x1gb sticks and make it a nice web server for sure :(
just ordered an xp-m 2400+ and 2 big ass heatsinks though so the little mobile chip will crunch some numbers as well starting next week.
You're right, it's already up and running :)Quote:

I just sold my axp system and ordered a amd64 system so I expect to be kicking some more d2ol but :D
Finally got around to adding a few more "remote" crunchers...
