tom, it would be nice, when u could simple try the "most important" benches at your stablest clockable status, like 3dmark01, 3dmark03, sandra, aquamark3 (VERY IMPORTANT: RealStrom Benchmark2004 :D) and perhabs sciencemark @ Primodia(Ag)....:)

ya i wanna know how this is coming along! whats max vcore you can put thru a FX with this kinda of cooling for benches? like 2.1?
i think X800xt and 6800 will pull out the same 3dmarks scores nearly, cuz 3dmark01 is going to be so system bandwith limited with emQuote:

Who used N2 for Athlon64FX ? It would be interesting to look at results.
yes, u are right, that's a fact, but in nearly all reviews nobody could oc the X800XT-PE more then 5MHz !Quote:

the GF6800U-E was oc-able about >30-40MHz......all on stock-cooling (air of course).....so, i just thought, that the NV40 would be more clockable with a Vapo on it....:)

Well according to this, they just shattered the 03 and 01 records with an X800 XT. Core speed of 715 and mem speed of 639 was hit.

the x800 in reivews were all beta versions. not shipping version or quality.
the 6800's were all production samples.

A64 FX-53 + nForce3 250GB + 6800U = very high benches!
Interesting to see how much of an advantage the nForce3 will give nVidia vid cards.
What exactly does nvidia do to optimize combing one of their vid cards with one of their mobos?

Well I'm not sure but nVidia knows their products best. Maybe they put optimizations in their chipset drivers to work better with their graphics drivers.Quote:

in the reviews i saw it was x800 beta, with beta drivers.
from what i understand, the x800 cards were handed out before the 6800's were. and the 6800 that were reviewed were release versions. the ATI hsa been ready for review longer adn will ship sooner. doesnt REALLY add up great but thats waht i heard.
Now a little better, but not stable at this speed:
The chip can handle 2.112v+ but the SK8V is going to blow if I raise corevolt higher. Cooling? , no problem.:D

holy flying monkey poop on a stick! whats the highest clockspeed you can run SuperPI 1M ? isnt the world record like an EE at 5.4ghz?
I think the Hulk said that he was at 25 secs and possibly 24 secs on SuperPI 1M. Not sure if they keep world records of 1M since there are probably a lot of ties.Quote:
