To force warm out through the bottom would take some force, so are you thinking a hood-like fitting with maybe an exhaust fan at the bottom? That's certainly not a bad idea.
I guess the only concern I'd have with that is I had planned to pull air in through the bottom radiator, and I wouldn't want those fans cycling hot exhaust air off the PSU.
Can you imagine a PSU with a push/pull config like that, though? No temp problems there. :)
