baker has the center section dilled to a excate spec that is a snug fitt for .028 cap tubing.it is easy the cap tubing will slide into the hole with a little bit of twisting.it can be easily measured from the outside.the end next to the cold plate is slightly small to keep the cap tub from going all the way though.
Has anyone some detailed pics from different angles of all parts of an baker evap?
I've ordered mine brazed and now I want to see if it's suitable to de-braze it and weld the cap tube inside... I'm thinking in cap tube outside the suctioon hose, so will have to drill the top of the evap to do that and weld it in the inside in the right spot...
I should be getting mine today... ill take a pic for ya
Thanks m8 ;) Take all you can ;P
it should be here in a few hours! I CANT WAIT
srry i cant see the inside b/c is already brased... sorry dude :(
Oh, I thought you have ordered it unbrazed... nevermind...
I think I will open mine and do the mod I want to do, and then will take some pics just in case someone (like me now) need them...
Thanks anyway! Good luck in your system.
i just soldered the cap tube in... btw if you taking yours apart could you take a few pics of the inside?
Shure!
Please tell me how do you do that (soldered the cap ube in) if the block is brazed... Can you post some pics please? I'm turning my head on with this thing...
