I keep my eyes on you Shazza O.o :P
Looking forward to see what wonder you will do with the case:D
Im waiting on a packet from dual-brain and then i have to sleeve my brain out:P
hehe ... still retired :up::up: Just helping Charles a bit, in between vacations, that is
Another 10 days in Scotland - currently touring the Outer Hebrides islands.
Anxious to get back to the build, but that will have to wait. Currently having fun making new friends - although I think she's laughing at me:

Spent a couple hours at an old church and graveyard today - no one else around. Quite interesting.

And, found a nice boat (had to get something in here about water ;) ):

Hey Sharon, got a question for you, about the build :D Or really anybody can answer.
What size rads can be placed inside the Black Pearl? Would it by any chance fit a 120.4?
the bp should be the same like the v2000 so a 120.4 will definitely fit the bottom chamber.
Thanks, sargantas - it's pretty much the same case except for the front fan controller, so I think it should work fine.
@CP - here's a pic of the back. It looks like you can just reverse the PSU bracket. I know that PPCs also sells additional brackets for the PSU on the V2000, in case you prefer to mount it sideways.

well u can reverse the psu bracket but the fan of the psu will be pointed at the midplate.
that's why I modded míne to rotate the psu 180°.
when u flip it the psu with fans on bottom have it up against the midplate.. :/ i don't like it.. it heats it up.
uhm yea the antec will work flawlessly just rotate the bracket and u are fine.
but most of the psu's have their fan on the side ^^
Yep - that's why I thought I'd use the Antec instead of the Corsair HX1000w that's waiting in the wings :) Still haven't given up the idea of mounting the PSU in the front bays above the midplate - still thinking on it.
Thanks for the pic Sharon, and for the info.
THanks to everyone else as well. I'm going to look on PPC's to see what they have to offer. I'll post back some info soon.
Sharon,
is this what you were talking about from PPCS?
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=24227
Yep - they have that one, and maybe another one or two.
btw the brackets of a lianli 343b fit too, don't know if there are some which might help you but I use that one to have a 120mm fan instead of the 2x80
For the psu flipping over issue, I drilled out holes in the midplates, that way the psu gets fresh air and air moves arounf vrm and cpu area. Easy breezy beautiful.... erm
Thank you guys, been very helpful. I have a tech station coming for my i7 rig. But I want to build another rig maybe an AMD/ATI rig which I will put into a case. Since Sharon created this log I've been having dreams with this case and its price  So I am highly considering it.
i would just use a pc&c silencer ;) i'm swapping it for my antec psu.
Or just make a completely new plate......
Its not completely finished. Sorry Shazza not trying to steal your thread.

No problem, Jonni  I like your new plate.
Love the boat pic! If you happen to see any pirates in Scotland, take some pics! :D
