if you have been trouble with new cpuz, try cpuz 1.51 or
intel frequency tool, that will show the real multiplier.

Can anyone link me to the F4D or latest BIOS for the P55-UD6 and P55M-UD4? Both boards came with F3 and both boards are hitting 209-211 bclk walls on air.

Bios isn´t the problem, my UD5 hit 228Mhz BCLK (i5) with F3 Bios as all my Boards with my CPU.

It´s you CPU, most like it cold to reach higher BCLK ;)

Btw my retail 860 (week 25) hit also a wall at ~210Mhz.

yes, recent all BIOS can do the same BCLK, notice my 272 managed in July
which BIOS only around F1, the point is when you put CPU cold
that will be very different with air cooling. :)

so ud5 doesnt have 24 power phases, no diagnostic led and only 4 dimm :lol:

not need ICH cold, just cold cpu
UD5 12 phase, UD6 24 phase, UD6 features 6dimm slots
to let you have more chance be fexliable for choose memory, like you
can buy 2kits of x58 1GBX3, also you can install normal p55 with 2gbx4

(I bought TT and CM ones for X58 but I'm ouned now : just wanna P55 :p )

Did you try higher PCI-E frequency? That usually helps, already at 102 - 103 you usually gain at least a few more MHz on BCLK.

I was running 112MHz PCIe, just like I do on my Classified :D I'm guessing I need to put the CPU sub-zero, I'll do that next week.

what the fake result even i now the i7 can't beat 270:shocked:!! there is only few result that can go upper then 260!

and the i7 because of memory controller the 2800 is only one dream is cpu already dead after this result:eek:

any one now the fake !?

that's a simple Everest bug is not a fake :) i have 40k screen
i think it happens when you boot @ high Bclk like 225 or higher and you run direct everest without change bclk with tools :up:

ladies, PCI-E frequency shouldn't affect BCLK on P55, QPI bus isn't the limiting factor like it is on X58 and why PCI-E frequency helps X58 BCLK. i am running a P55-UD4P at 245BCLK all day long at 101 PCI-E and piss all for VTT...with P55, BCLK is all about the CPU. add cold and max BCLK, not much else you can do from there :up:

Did it out of habit. Will add cold to the mix soon, hope this chip doesn't have a garbage cold-bug. Someone needs to test PCIe scaling also.. I wonder how high it'll go before stuff starts crapping out.

My UD5 with F5d bios ABSOLUTELY wont accept a BCLK of more than 160 :/ Hoping its the BIOS and not the board/CPU.

Anyone else with this problem?
