I would be very careful making such strong comments and conclusions if you are not 9999 % sure you got your facts right :)
It is known in the industry that TFC doesn't have a unspoiled reputation and distributions have been moving around of good reasons...

Hi Thomas FJ,
That's why i used the AFAIK... I'm only 99,8% sure :yepp:
Your information is VERY wrong and as such I'd appreciate if you edited your post to reflect that.
We at WCUK have stopped trading with Aqutuning as a result of their back-stabbing antics and we are in correspondace with the other companies involved to ensure the correct outcome.
To say you were 99.8% sure proves your "sources" can't be all they're cracked up to be, until now we've made abosuletly zero public comments on this issue.
The Feser issue was totally un-related to this Aquatuning farse.
Thanks :)
not sure I like the way this thread is drifting now...there was an issue, a big issue that needed to be commented, but let's not go into each company's internal policies and bring up all the dirt on XS. Time to lock this thread I would say.
I mailed our Atuning contact about this, if he already replies that would be something :p Getting any waterblocks that would be an even bigger miracle...
if you can read German, take a look at this thread, especially their comment...I'd be surprised they'd ever acknowledge anything..at least on a Forum or through mails :D

There's a clear difference between 99.8% sure and being absolutely wrong.
Worst part of this is...we as the consumer will have to pay for all the mess of lawyers it takes to clean this up through higher prices.
Next time you want to buy some watercooling gear, you can thank them for the hole in YOUR wallet..
This is the same response I linked to earlier and translated here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...8&postcount=92
They (again) say that starting hate campaigns against webshops (like we all do in there eyes against them) doesn't fall under their normal business activities... So they don't admit anything, won't go into the matter and actually try to tun it all around.... ( omg give me a bowl to puke in )
The user who responds next ironicly says: " Then is it's clear, massive sueing other little webshops doesn't fall under the term hate campaign also... You guys are laughable"
they deleted the last post and locked the thread now:

they're confirming they wouldn't discuss anything publicly and are taking the case to court against one competitor  :D...that they've done so much blah blah blah...for the customers, keeping prices as low as possible...they're the victims :D
Wow, and to think I was about to buy hundreds of euros worth of stuff off that site. Glad someone linked me to this. Definitely going to try and get it all off of a-c-shop.de instead. Plus they're running a 10% off special for the next month so I'll spend less AND stick it to aquatuning lol.
Someone needs to find these guys warehouse and just burn it to the ground...
OK, JK, that's a little extreme.
But a boycott certainly is smart, they need to suffer for this.
I am willing to contribute to the Joel of Mass Destruction being launched on them

Yup just vote with your wallet to tear them down! Simple as that and if you find anyone shopping on their site you take their computer and show them hardcore watercooling and throw it in the river.
sigd
lmao, golden
