Both are in serious need of a BIOS update this week for similar problems with memory/NB/GPU clocking. The current Beta's address most of the problems but not quite all yet, however, we should see public releases later this week or early next. Here's a comparison for those that may question my reasons for saying what I say. With the memory and NB speeds being run on those boards, versus the cruddy ram and NB speeds I ran in this bench it should be a landslide and its not...

I have the same exact results with applications ranging from AutoCad 2009 to Sony Vegas Pro 8.1. It simply comes down to the fact that the current platform does just fine with the bandwidth/latency afforded by DDR2 for 95% of us. ;)Quote:

3600NB speeds should shave a few 10ths off 3400 NB speeds and its not.....the efficiency isn't up to par yet.
