As per cancelling Cebit we will have to wait and see. It seems unlikely that they would cancel.

40nm or tweaked 55nm.

Edit- Does have some semi-new info on A11 RV740, supposedly on A13 now.
RV740 will use at least two different ICs for the GDDR5 versions, 32x32m for the 1gb card and 32x16m for the 512mb card.
512mb card has a 700mhz core and 800mhz memory, .9v vddc, 1.1v vddci, 1.55v mvddc.
1gb card has unknown core clock and 900mhz memory, 1.26v vddc & 1.5v mvddc.
Looking at the volts, you have to assume that the 1gb is going to have a higher core clock than the 512mb counterpart.
