Using RealTemp, Coretemp etc .. for me Idle Core #2 is always 5C higher than #0,1,3 .. but at load #0-2 equal out while #3 is about 5C less than the others .. weird
Meanwhile Everest reads them all similar - with #0-1 & #2-3 constantly showing identical readings in each pair ..
Either way I put it down to just variations in how the DTS are manufactured & calibrated from chip to chip & none of the programs can really read the Tjmax (hence work out true core temp) for each core properly anyway
What clock are you at for your 1.5V 70C readings ? Those are nice temps on air for that much voltage ! Might have to try the sandpaper myself . .
