I do like the countersunk screws on the fans. Simple, yet genius! :D

Yeah that's a nice and original solution for your fans :D, but don't you need to fasten the mid part of your rad mount?

In the vid it's shaking like hell, and with a little more mass (filled with water) it will hit your chassis :(

What you see in the video is me tapping the radiator, which causes such a massive amount of vibration. You should know that fans don't create such vibration. The mass should not be a problem. Have tried pushing it down to the chassis and it takes a bit of force to get it down there. I would say like 2kg or so. Not a pressure that you will see with the water filled in.

Gonna mount this bezel on the lower back of the case. The button is for the dvd-drive (I will solder extension cables from inside of the dvd drive). The LCD's will be showing water-temp and air temp or such. The switches are for switching between different sensors.

Temps yeh. Water temp and air / memory etc.
Cutting freehanded with a jigsaw. Then file and sand the edges.

Hello guys! Got some of the last details done before the case goes for a nice layer of powder coat. I went to a local powder coater and looked at some samples. Decided to go with a little more satin black rather than flat black. This is because flat black has a tendency to look more greyish than black. Also satin black has a little more depth in it.

Also forgot to take pictures of the mounting holes of the outer panel. Nothing exciting really so it doesn't really matter.

Got the dvd drive lined upp in the 5,25 holder. Drilled mouting holes for it and managed to get it more or less perfect.

Glued the slot cover on the dvd-tray with some super epoxy.

Got holes cut in the middle plate for cable routing, tubing and pump-mounting.

Had to drill a hole for routing the cables.

Which goes out at the back of the dvd. Drilled a hole and fitted a rubber grommet. Also got the cables sleeved.

Soldered the LCD's power cables together and sleeved them.
