can any one estimate 8 cores running @ 2.5ghz worst case scenario for a cpu score cause i got my board back but its flashed for quads and i am seeing reports that they dont like sub temps. or should i just flash the board back to the k8 bios and look for high bin F3s?:confused:

Damn, that card is a monster:eek:. I only hit like 12K (might be 12.4K too) in 3DMark06 using OC'd HD 3870 CF (not as high as they're now, they were at ~830Mhz or so). Was on stock CPU clocks too...
Now where's the HD 4870, definately going to get two of those:shocked::D
I think I can see 2x 4850 or depending on price 2x 4870 accidently falling into my machine. Oh the travesty. And if I get frisky... perhaps 3x might somehow happen. (Well after I get rid of this Gigabyte DS5 and get a board that actually works.)Quote:

Awwwww crap!!! I guess my reign had to end eventually, but not without a fight!!!! It may be time to put it all back together with updated drivers and bois and bench it again.
