are there some readpoints für VGPU on the frontside of the pcb?

i can't use the on the back, cause dice cooling^^

GDDR3 vDD (vMEM) + vDDQ are a bit trickier as they are controlled by the same 3-way buck controller. The problem is I can't tell which regulator feedback pin is for vDD and which for vDDQ just by looking at the pics as I don't have the card...

First, I would need someone to measure the output voltages of those Delta HAHE1040 chokes on the front side. One should be ~2.00v, the other under 1.5v.

In reference to the GPU picture above, are the green dots optional mod spots or is the red dot the only mod spot?

If they are in contact with the red dot, yes. Contact = 0 Ohms. What bothers me is the text screaming preliminary.. :)

OK guys, revisiting an old thread here. I vmodded an old spare GTS250 while waiting for my new GTX580 to arrive but I killed it so I have a 9800GTX+ coming to have another go. I have an MCW80 in my loop to cool it, along with a nice 2600K to drive it, I will put some results up when its done.

Is vmem/vddq needed? (whats vddq anyway?) What voltages are best for vgpu, vmem, vddq? What size VR for each too please. Op shows a 500 ohm VR for vgpu mod, does it matter of its higher? Just finer adjustment right?

Ok guys, my 9800GTX+ has responded well to vmod and water cooling, it benches now at 930 core but shuts down over 1.5v, is this OCP? Is it worthwhile doing the vmem/vddq mods? I can bench to 1250 mem now but with artifacting, will a bit more juice stabilise this?
