Like the idea of MOSFET cooling and backplate best. Would like to have better liquid/DICE cooling for them when needed as on my P35/790FX boards it isn't the NB that heats up to burning immediately but the MOSFETs.

The idea's are nifty though and going a good way. There's always a start and this is what you get when you throw an experienced enthusiast at a big enthusiast company with $$$ to invest. All the years of needing tids and tads here and there which many of us need but groan about regular and could make things much better can now be put into reality. :up:

Also, I can't see mention of it but are these pipes fixed or can you remove them? They look fixed but that would mean they are only made for one sort of board design?

Well, I've tried the screw clamp on with thermal pad heatpipe interface , didn't seem to work too well as compared to good soldered joints, an area needed to explore further :)
