Gotta finish all the measurements before I get these mobos naked :D

I've tryd to do some 32M results @ 2000mhz ~2.2v but i can't bench it with even 1.80v vmch at 8-8-8-24 1T on my P5K3 Deluxe... i think i was not lucky with this one...
but the problem is not with the Cell's :)
1900mhz 7-7-6-18 1T 2.0v
(time doesn't matter, no tweaks:D)

hmmm so single 32m is ok but dual 32m no?
bah... can't believe this...
i write upper that 1.7@1.8v vmch helps not much, 2000mhz 8-8-8 32M even don't "stable", look at this:
2000mhz 8-7-6-21 1T 2.20v and with 1.85v vmch, idiot mobo :ROTF:

nice one achill3us you can now join 1000mhz club:D
haha, thanks :D
right :) but for every day i don't give more than 1.7v, the thermaltake extreme spirit heatsink what i use on the NB is not bad, but it needs a very fast fan  your NC-06 (or something like that), is better i'm sure...
thanks, now i'm playing with CL9 :D
1M 2060mhz 9-9-9-24 1T 2.0v
http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/4150/1030sr6.jpg
and max valid was at 2100mhz (same voltage), but i've forget to update cpuz 1.43, so i will try to go higher again... btw, what is the freqency WR on DDR3? 2200 or more?
hehe, today push a bit harder :D
vmch: 1.87v
vdimm: 2.20v / 2.24v
2062mhz 7-7-6-21 1T validation
32M 2000mhz 7-7-6-21 1T ;)

very very nice mate, i don't see any of my sticks doing that...now get that 32M time down to where it should be :D
Good to see some nice ddr3 being released. Nice work.
;)
again 32M on 2000 cl7 but with wolfdale :D
vmch: 1.87v
vdimm: 2.20v / 2.24v

what's up guys? no results for a week? wake up and go benching :D
my best 32M made at the weekend of course with the Cell's with just 2.0v, and they was able to run higher of course :) AND finally my P5K3 Deluxe has no coldbug on LN2 i've tested it :p: only this ES chip :( so this result was made on DI...
http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/9...olat32mtu7.jpg
and a pic together :D

Wow! What happened to your heatpipes? Did you chop them? Plenty voltmods there too I see ;)
Nice results, how far are you going to push your Cells?
Bill where is the LN2 session you promised us ? :( P5K3 dlx on ln2 action, that's what we want to see ;) :D
LN2 session ? ahahahahah
That's gonna be a while :D
I've got more than a lot of things to do, no time, and a f***** up schedule.
I haven't published a review still...and it's almost February :(
Gotta speed up things...
I'm just traveling from place to place these weeks :shakes: ...I don't have another option although :(
yep, an accident happend with the heatpipe's so they was choped :)
i've never pushd them more than 2.25v
...
aaaand finally i did it :D
32M 2000MHz 7-6-5-18 1T @ 2.20v / 2.24v w/ 1.90v vmch
(of course at 8*500, it's only c1e bug with 1001 bios and 45nm )
http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/9...mxtwinzhs8.jpg
nice! :toast: how did you do it? :D
did you try single channel max?
thx ;) hmm with the more mch voltage? :D the fun is, i've try to go a bit higher with the fsb 500>501 and after the first loop i've got the Pi error
no, never... should i?
single channel usually runs much better and you need less vdimm to get more results quite often. imo it shows well how the chipset limits the ocs.
how much vmch did you try?
btw, did asus ever fix the bios bug with high fsb speeds?
i cant boot with 2050mhz on p5k3, even in single channel and even with high vdimm and 888 when the stick can do 2025 completely stable with much less vdimm. if i boot at 2ghz and use setfsb i can get to 2050 without any problems...
im still using 0604 i think, whats the latest bios for p5k3 and is it good?
All my tests were performed & booted from BIOS fine.
I used BIOS v0810... but there's a recently released v1001 ( which I haven't tested yet due to various reasons )
i will try single channel soon, thanks to remind me :)
i use for testing always 1.85-1.9 vmch
hmm interesting, i can boot and test without any problems above 2000mhz cas7 or cas8 too (2000 8-7-6-21 is 3dmark stable with 2.20v and 1.7 vmch), but if i use setfsb, i will lose my "stability"
i think 0810 is the best, this 1001 beta for 45nm is crap, c1e bug is very annoy, but memory control seems a bit better maybe...
Sweet job champ ;).
Keep pushing it!
ok, ill try 0810 and 1001 if i can find the time and test if it improves mem/fsb ocing :D
so really, none of you have this bug at 2050mem speed?
i cant boot at that speed on any of the p5k3 boards i have... 2025 is 100% stable but 2050 doesnt even boot. weird...
and has any of you noticed the 1600 memspeed bug?
if you boot at 1600 or 1620 etc, then the board will sometimes not boot even tho the settings are perfectly stable. usually turning off the psu and turning it on again and then booting up works, but with this bug it doesnt. the board boots but the screen stays black. after several psu off switches and boot attempts the bios then shows pciE speed of 150mhz which of course was too much and the videocard didnt work.
i first thought its a vga problem but it only happens on asus p5k3 boards around 1600 memspeed. which is weird since that is the speed many people boot at and run their mem at 24/7...
