Getting rid of bubbles is not my only reason to use the tee. Even the flowrate should be a tiny little bit better :D I know, that it doesn´t matter, but sometimes you go for things that are not that necessary. Just because the fun you have on it. :yepp:
Well, I still haven't got round to creating a build log thread, and am still awaiting a couple of components to complete the build. However, I do have the CPU/NB loop completed (for the 2nd time :p: ) and I've included a filter that I plan to leave in the loop for a week or so to make sure everything is clean.
The components I'm missing are required for the GPU loop, and as they should be here in a week or so, I am now trying to work out how to install it.
As you mentioned that you cannot remove the top because of the attached radiator, I was wondering how you managed to install everything for the GPU loop and also fill the loop (seeing as the reservoir is at the top and would normally be covered by the top panel).
This is the problem I'm having at the moment - how am I going to install the GPU loop with only 2 hands :rofl:
The way I'm thinking at the moment is that the GPU block has to be installed on the card prior to installing the card on the motherboard, and also that tubes will need to be attached to the block before installing the block on the graphics card. Beyond that, I'm not sure on the best way to proceed. I'm also trying to work out how I would drain the loop should it be necessary.
If you could provide any guidance on this, it would be very useful.

Before installing the video card, I added the tubing to the GPU waterblock. Once the video card was secured, the lines were then routed to the radiator and to the inlet of the reservoir.
The top radiator tubing is longer than necessary so the top can be lifted up a little and moved slightly to one side to gain access to the reservoirs. In effect, a service-loop was built.
To fill the reservoirs, I use a turkey baster without the bulb attached. It's on about a 45* angle to the reservoir and the other end is above the case. The fluid is poured into the open end and this method works perfectly. The small end of the turkey baster fits inside the inlet at the top of the reservoir.

Hey Cascades! How did you get the barb fittings into the reservoir? Mine take only the plastic barbs, but not the EK barbs.
That reservoir has 1/4" threads and the two D-TEK barbs screw right in.
For the top barb, the hole needs to be re-threaded. That is something that Petra's Tech Shop does for their customers for a small fee.

Ah OK! Didnīt know that. But also not that necessary. I thought I could place my reservoirs like you, but donīt want to have the PSU up like that so I should mount the pumps higher, which means, that I have to place the reservoirs somewhere else :(Quote:
