how well did pa120.3 line up in the front to mount?
The MM case`s match the thermochill rads m8 so dont worry.
Sorry wasn,t watching thread thread. Yes you can undervolt the RD30 which is the case with almost all DC motors.- The only thing you need to worry about is the Amp. draw . I She hasn't had a problem. By the way . Those are really good Pumps also that come with that converter.
too much overvolting i'd say, as phelan said in another thread, we should already be happy with rd30 at 18v...
I really meant to say undervolt. I really just want to ditch this meanwell PSU because the only place I can mount it is up top near the mobo tray and that just makes it a piss ugly build. Will this thingamajig work with the RD-30? and allow me to undervolt it to 18v?

guys i just lost a tracer. The ram went bad on me today. DOE!
And no i didnt majorly overclock the ram. The highest voltage i gave her was 2.275v.
Anyhow DOE! how long does there rma take anyone? and do they do advance RMA?
2.2 is already considered dangerous territory from my friends at EVGA. DDR2 RAM chips are designed for 1.8V according to JEDEC standards. EVGA techs tell me their stance is that 2.3 is the limit. However, would push more than 2.1v. Anything over that won't kill the stick out right, but will degrade it over a 3-6 month period.
blah... it says stock is 2.2.
People in the memory forum are saying it needs a bit more because the LED's it has takes up voltage as well.
so i thought a nice number like 2.275 would be enough to keep it at top shape without the loss of power from the LED's
Well i'll call the RMA tommarrow. I honestly dont think i voided out the warrenty. Id hate to buy another set even tho there 149.99 right now at the egg.
There's been a huge fiasco lately with all enthusiast memory makers. Corsair, Crucial, OCZ have all tried to one up each other by supplying overclocked RAM to secure the enthusiasts dollars. RAM shouldn't have to be higher than 1.8V stock which is the reason why those three companies have been taking a toll on their bottom line. They're just binning memory chips after a small stress test. They found out too late that it takes 3 months to degrade most chips with even slight overvolting. You can see the fiasco in full effect on most motherboard forums (evga, asus from my own experience) across both C2D chipsets, the 680i and the 965.
I'd suggest you find the lowest amount of voltage it takes for you to pass an 8 hour stress test. My Corsair 8500 dominators were rated for 2.3 but I can run them at 1.9 just fine.
2.6 volts FTW.. just kidding lol... I got wise and now I run everything at 1.8 volts.
what screws did you use to mount pa120.3 in front?

Oh and its flat base, not rounded.
(Crucial is cross shipping me the bad tracer. My red Temp probe came bunk, but jab-tech offered to replace it for me free.)
Project will start again soon. I still need to think of a way to use the acrylic. I decided to forgo the front acrylic grill.
