Thank you guys.....
This is the LN2 week.....:D
P.S. The ASUS Striker mobo is a pain in the arss as of it's functions....BS for highspeed O/Cing.....:( :nono:
Great results hipro, make some pics of LN2 action ;)
regards
Good luck with you ln2 sessions
regards
2k1 under cascade...... it was a quick run though ....:)
COMPARE 2k1 URL.....
94k with the cards stock cooled.. ;)
I wish you luck!
Stop playing George and give us the real results ! :D
:toast:
Wow man, if this cpu is 5400+ benchable, like another you have before, with 900+/1200 LN2 cooled, all WR are yours :)) Except 2003 with the bug :mad:Quote:

It's MY CPU this one...The one that did 5400+ on ABIT mobo and hoping to do the same here....
Though the Striker is TOO "delicate" for high frequencies benching.....
I suggest ppl that want to play high with cascade or LN2, to avoid it and go with the EVGA one or with the ABIT IN9 when they fix the upper multi (I'll test this one soon)....
ASUS Striker is a decent mobo BUT for air and single stage phase change system.....No more than this.....
I know I will have bad times of benching with it BUT I can't go back now coz I have lost SEVERAL hours for insulating and moding it so I have to keep on with this one for the time been.....:(
P.S. with the bios 701, I can boot now with Cas 3-2-2-x and 1T from 1500 to 1598 QFSB within bios..... :)
Realy great so far Hipro!!Quote:

With only a x300se card i can bench superpi on 5ghz on 680i but if i put inn 2x 8800GTX it dont go better than about 4750 :(
On p5b i use 1,86v but on 680i all over 1,78v wil result in reboot or Hang after i start 3d mark. It looks like the cpu cant take mutch volt on 680i?
The REAL problem at least as of Striker mobo is it's VDROOP......It exceeds the 50mV Vdroop allowense for the CPU.....IF anyone does the Vdroop mod, then things are getting even worse when trying to stabilize the droop of it and resaults in freezes into windows during bench....:(Quote:

ALL THOSE YEARS and ASUS keeps having the EXACT SAME problem over and over......At least ABIT AW9D has a SOLID VCore power circuit with 0.01Vdroop at 2VCore....
Say that again.......SAME thing happens here too....:(Quote:

The higher you go, the higher VCore you need, so high Vdroop occures in such a case as I have configured till now....:(
Thats weird, especially if the problem is even worse after the droop mod. I hope you get everything sorted out, I know if anybody can do it, its you :toast:
:slapass: Asus :nono:Quote:

But asus card is mutsch better in ram clock :)
Also with one gfx card cpu is clocking about 100-150mhz better that with 2 gfx cards..... Anny sugestion too what i can doo too fiks this?
i hawe already tested with 2 psu but no gain from only one 900w tagan power :(
yeah i noticed my 680i is a little "delicate" at CPU limit.....it won't let me use more than 1.55v on air whereas i used to go as high as 1.675v in bios with Asus for benching....Asus P5B Deluxe that is against eVGA 680i  .........also results were spotty.........while at one point i could do 32M at 3950 on another try it was crashing below 3.9GHz with numerous settings and even repeating the same settings that got me previous high benches....ambients were only getting lower during the night test last time.....bit finickyQuote:

It might be 680i's problem though if you encode the same on EVGA mobos too.....:(Quote:

Looking forward for a solution from you George:)
hipro/Overklokk - did you guys catch this? Sounds promising to me :)Quote:
