SLI is really irrelevant because the southbridge chip is underneath the video card in slot 1; slot 1 must be used even in non-SLI configurations.
However, I can't order from mips-computer.de in the United States. I get an error that says, "Versandkosten noch nicht erreicht" which basically means they don't ship to the USA.
Has anyone in the USA found a water cooling solution for the southbridge chip for the EVGA 680i motherboard?
Try to send them an email maybe?
That set for my Striker looks nice, but a bit expensive!! €154!!! gees, thats almost half the board...

Nice.
Eddy outdone him self.:woot: :woot:
I got my EK8800GTX Block on the 26th. I live in California and it was shipped from Eddy in Slovenia on the 13th. I installed it last night and preliminary results show that it KILLS the DD fullcover block I briefly owned  I must say the EK block is hard to beat. A much nicer block by far in performance, price and of course looks. I will try to get some pics up soon. Good Job Eddy!
@ Pen3
What water additive are you using?
Is it UV reactive?
I think it's some kind of strawberry lemonade :p:
its Blood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
for those that remember my blood thread.
Its from Petra and not UV http://www.petrastechshop.com/loliredcoad.htmlQuote:

Vincent Kwok
Receive two of these GTX EK-WB, I will test soon with a Corsair Nautilus 500.
Congrats to Eddy from EK, very reactiv for responding email, beautiful blocks, the best price on the market, all the necessary stuff is in the kit. Took me 10 minutes to leave the original HSF and replace with the block. The most difficult part is to leave the HSF, the rest is finger in the noise.
The south Bridge DOES NOT need to be WC'ed.
Why not ?
I have an VC-RE on mine at 50% fan speed and it doesnt even get worm lolQuote:
