New Infinity bios rocks !- 455fsb on orthos blend

damn i'm :banana::banana::banana::banana:ed because of my E6700(10x), I cant boot from bios with 401mhz fsb so the mobo will use 1333 strap... (cpu cant handle it)
I can only clockgen up to about ~390mhz fsb on the 1066 strap..

Infinity (975) doesnt change from 1066 to 1333 at 401, its not P5B ;)

Am I the only one who can't pass 385 fsb on my 975X/g with E6400????
I have tried every availiable bios......

I'm using E6300 and got FSB 458 Mhz Super Pi 32M stable.

can you share some BIOS setting ?

clockgen also wonkey here. it shows correct clocks when I look for clocks but not with PLL control. whe I adjust to ceratin FSB and set, I get a much lower CPU speed than should be. no use at all.

Yes. I found it some days ago. When I raise the fsb TRFC timing goes too low for my Ram.

New bios on 975x (12/01/2006) is great i put 485 fsb and work very fine for me and no mods on 975x :banana:

I have been using that bios for a while and found out a few days ago that the beta 11/15 works the best for my setup

IM priming now close to 3700 on air I was stuck at 3600 with the new bios

What memory do you use?

ddr2 533mhz samsung on 400mhz not 1:1

Rebels Haven has posted a mod of a beta bios(97TID213) that has Vdimm adjust to 3.025V. Look here.....

Beginning with FSB 417 the system only boots as COLD system
after 5 minutes it won't boot,
it boots again after many hours without power

Raju, what are your V-core voltages and your v-droop ?

I have the same problem...
My highest fsb is above 430+ but my 6400 many times doesn't boot when I set the fsb over 415...but it's absolutely stable.
