This one has given me a hard time, mainly the Zalman 9500 LED. It was hell to mount it today. I've done it many times before, but today turned out to be my "not so lucky day"

So far I never have to clear cmos. Its the easiest 975X mobo to oc. I'm running all settings @ default 24X7...only multi @ 13X and so far no problem:)Quote:

Try 370X9 (Vcore 1.475 in bios will be overvolted to 1.53V) and clockgened to 400. Vmch max. and FSB termination 1.4V (1.5V no gain for me)....Mem. voltage/settings depend on your ram

975X MSI v2.1 mobo is a fine board that loves 1:1 but limited with Vcore option maximum @ 1.58, DDR2 @ 2.4. & No FSB v. option.Quote:

yeah I tend to agree, even e6600 and above (apart from fsb bugged X6800) can boot up to 460-470, that's unique on the 975 chipset...

I will have the board soon and will be able to test with phase in a few weeks. First I will run my E6600 stepping 5 with watercooling on the board and see what I can get.
