Damn,nice work guys :)
Diced some psc tonight, not something to be proud of but better than nothing.Have to figure out it it's entirely those 2 tertiary to blame or either the run it's slow cause it needs more cooold..... Tried samsung too,5000 cache scores exactly the same as 4800,but it's interesting to see that in PSC case 5000 it's faster than 4800,this platform has much potential :D

Either way,i was very pleased by the ek triple point memory pot, despite looking so small,it keeps a temperature 5 degrees better on dice versus it's older triple point cousin, did not expect that to be honest, but quality of manufacturing is top-notch !

nice run loud, Dino, Splave,
Its that Cacheset, thats the key dude
No waza on the 1450 run Allen, just testing frequencies? I bet that lightning bolt is hiding some sort of 49/49 RTL lol
Getting there...

Alex, So if I wanted to try DICE on my psc, I'd want to keep them all the way cold?
You guys ready to see some Samsung under cold?
You bet mate.

shamshung madness I tell you
Hmm...tRAS down 0.6sec? or maybe some Pi masters can tell me what fall after loop 17:D
hmm,, picture is down, always has problem to find free host site...lol
as far as i know last loops are strongly influenced by bandwith, could use some aida numbers for comparing :)
Trying this out. First time to dice ram. Still not able to break 6m though.

Thanks
Mine will run a decent 32M time @ 2860 with the board on auto voltages only need to set vdimm that's it!! after that a little trial & error tweaking (for me lowering voltages) & bam she's golden
I am away from my rig atm but if you want my actual voltages PM me & I'll reply when I get back.
TaPaKaH 7:22.594 - 40x100 - 1400 / 9-12-12-18 - M6G 0037 - Team Samsung 2.06V - all air
RTLs at 48/48 11/11, lower won't POST
http://abload.de/img/722594a0mzhr.png
set all RTLs AUTO... boot 2660 ( 95 bclk) rtl will be set 43/42 and set manually 4/4
set bclk recovery ignore then boot into windows set 97.5 reboot don't go to bios boot into OS again and set 100 your RTL will be 43/42 4/4
or play with Initial RTL
yeap, set initial rtl to 48 or 47,leave auto rtl and delay and most of the times you will have 42/43 4/4 or 42/44 5/4 :)
2.4v XD
Thanks for advice, hiwa
Booting 95.0 sets RTLs to 41/42 which are too tight, but 96.2 is 43/44 which gains nearly a second in 32M.

yo dino those the corsair contest vengeance ? nice kit! BRO why do you always go over 4003 lmao killing me here.
ran out of cool-aid will be filled for tomorrow morning, been playing samsung :)
PS moloko, how was your trip to candy mountain?
Hey broskie yeah dude
On freq my bad, I didnt pay attention as when I set it was showing 4003 but it must be swinging up when I have multi CPUz open. Ill just lower it next time. I compared non wazza run between 1437 and 1475 and have a 0.7 gap so I have a bit more to squeeze ou at 4ghz. It was 7m23.2 vs 7m22.5. Have you guys run non wazza runs other than splave's psc?
During my initial testing I was getting 34.2ns latency with new Aida and for the life of me I can't work it out. It should be significantly faster if I work out how I noobed that one out. Must have saved over that profile sigh lol

oh :banana::banana::banana::banana: 7-10-7 i thought you said 1400 7-11-7 last night
nice, that should be alright
i dunno about everyone else, but i spend so much time reseating sticks, sometimes reseat 3-4 times to get the same clocks i previously had
yeah at first it was 7-11-7 but then i started tightening a bit. couldnt get cas6 working though which is a shame but this might do lol
it's a bit of an arm wrestle to get it going but once you get the RTLs (they were 38/39), IOLs(4) set and get the tRDRDs and tWRWRs right it starts to sing.
Damn Dino, very fast! Awesome work mate!
Almost got it.
I think SPI is retarded on haswell, maybe its the CPU, but I can run it 3-4 times and always get a different time up or down, it really is run over and over and get lucky sometimes. Usually successive runs seem to be faster.
But I also don't tweak OS or anything so maybe its something odd on my OS side.
