Mike has delete certain scores a the bot as well, he told me it was Foxconn issues.

Och well, it's his decision/problem/joke/interest/attitude, no one should be judging about it. As far as I'm concerned: a world record is a published score. So, he can have a gazilion scores in his profile, if they're not published, it's not an official score and cannot be considered a world record.

there is a 38.8k 2006 result around aswel, the user wants to avoid conflict so it's kept private :?

backups are fun in the heat of battle, i.e. what sf and vince had, backing up every day till one user is defeated.

really glad to have seen amd rip 50k 05 tho :)

His scores are his business and he can do with them whatever he wants. Besides, the ridiculousness of the situation is that he pulled his 06 just to avoid conflict. If you've met him then you know, there is no one more humble than he is. He doesn't care at all about being #1 or showing off or anything. He saw everyone getting their panties in a bunch from his poorly named title so just removed the score to put an end to it. And you're jumping on him for that??

This thread is fun! Am I the only one who thinks all the frustration being shown has to do with the delicacies/expenses of lhe benching? I mean, it must be quite frustrating to think you have the world record only to find out you didn't at all to begin with. Published score or no published score, a record is a record. I know this is open to debate. May be people need to re-evaluate their benching strategies from henceforth - that is do not look to only exceed the wr, just go nuts, and push your hardware till it screams and drops dead.

The seller of that item is AMD itself. See the location of the chip: Austin, Texas.

I guess AMD like to give opportunity to buy one of those CPU's with pure money.

So, the holes you were mentioning are not the ones you ment :D

all proceeds go to charity, or so says the ebay page so either way, if it is AMD or if its a private entity, it really doesn't matter as everything raised goes to help old folks.

Same smell over here... Intel has strict policy about selling ES cpu's. Does AMD has anything similar? Selling twkr on ebay is lame anyway...

I know. I didn't mean that. Intel has stated as I believe that all ES CPU's are Intel's property and Intel is just loaning them. There was thread about this recently. Is this the same with AMD or is AMD giving cpu's to users as a gift and they can do what ever whey want with it?

It is not a question of ES CPU Selling or not!

It is the Question that AMD Says the 100 (99) TWKR CPUs are ONLY for Extreme Overclockers wich are selected from AMD...

And it is not understandable why one wich has been selected from AMD will sell this CPU!

Other Overclockers Waits for a live to get a free sample for there work...

Note that not all TWKR cpu's go to extreme overclockers as in extreme benchmarkers. They also go to reviewing websites.
