three comments:
1) big arsed case you got there? whats it hiding?
2) whose the girl peeking out from behind the printer? ;)
3) holy god, on the left, that system has an INVISABLE VIDEO CARD!!! ahh!!! well, the fan looks to be in the place where it would be if attached to a video card. ;)
http://www.freewebs.com/felge/3.jpg nice poster :P
The girld back there sure looks like Carmen Electra to me..
And surley you must be blind, it's a gfx there it dosen't look like a killer though seems quite slim to me..
Big lard ass case for the comp.. You're desk must live a harsh life having that thing on it.

kommando,
That looks like one of those new modular case kits? I'm interested to see how it turns out.;)
Custom built all the way baby. I dno what to do todya, get more stuff :)
Decided to bump up my extremeness on my current setup by adding a deskfan to cool it better.
The CPU is watercooling and yer my Radeon 9600 pro with stock cooler no mods was running hot soo i added the desk fan too cool it down.
I just rerouted some wires and added 2x80mm UV Blue fans and 2xUV Cold Cathodes.

Maybe not that Xtreme but when you cant afford to replace parts if you fry them this is Xtreme on a budget. :D
2.4ghz @1.58V:slobber: How much for that cpu?? ;)

If we are talking about "xtreme" I think my current setup is very good example:
First messy picture:
http://www2.arnes.si/~mbabic/TribesM...o%20system.jpg
This one was taken during tests...
Another one (a little bit less messy):
http://www2.arnes.si/~mbabic/Sistem/Ghetto%20sistem.jpg
This is my 24/7 configuration... just folding.
Picture of R8500 water cooled:
http://www2.arnes.si/~mbabic/Sistem/R8500vodno.jpg
This is how I keep my MOSFETs cool:
http://www2.arnes.si/~mbabic/Sistem/MOSFETi.jpg
And the last but not the least, picture of "high" performace "400W" PSU. All I can say is LOL:
http://www2.arnes.si/~mbabic/Sistem/napajalnik.jpg
I'm in the middle of case modding so this is just temporary thing.
your psu roxxors :D
Yes indeed. Very ghetto. It costed only 20$ so it is worth of price... But my power lines flucuate like hell... 3.3 is between 3.35V and 3.75V (Vmod). 12 is between 11.3V and 12.1V...
I definetly need new PSU... something that gives real 400W of power.
Yep it's 1.9v CPU-Z reads the vdd on an 8RDA+ Here's a pic of it at 2.56 11x233 11,2,2,2.0 Core 2.06v.http://www.sitemouse.com/users/biggi...cs/GCS0004.jpgQuote:

Tribesman, did that waterblock help you gettin nything xtra out of your 8500's memory? I was debating as to whether i should go with a block like that which does gpu and ram, cos im not sure that the xtra temp the ram puts into the system is gonna b worth it if it dont gain me nythin.
T@nker-xXx, what you are gonna do with that evap, its not much gd sittin there making ice:D Awesome set up you have there mate.
Oh and btw, i like the slippers:D :toast:
G
heres my setup when i bench ;) (only winter hehe )
on the 9500pro is a 92mm fan from a enermax PSU on the 8045pal is a ys tech 3 watt. The psu is a fortron 350watt with a 120mm fan ;) it has pots inside :D
new pics:banana:My setup

Are theese selfmade?
MrSmash this water/CPU block is made by morphling1.More pics ;)
MrSmash:
As DjTonic said those water blocks are made by most known overclocker and watercooling specialist in Slovenia, "morphling1". And those are realy great blocks, CPU block si easily compared with Cathar's WhiteWater or even Cascades... That block keeps my Barton 2600+ @ 2560MHz @ 2.05V cool at 36°C, at full load of course.
And with that R8500 block I'am running card at 340MHz/340MHz, and it is not fully volt modded. I have to make 3 more volt mods to squeeze all juice from that card.
I've big problems with my PSU. 12V line is fluctuating like hell. I definetly have to buy new PSU to run my computer @ its max.
i knew i saw those before!Quote:

is he selling them?
Yes he is. But I dont know if he is willing to send them in Germany. He is making newer revision of that block at the moment, and those are CNC made. And very nice looking!
For a taste here is a picture of it:

You can send him an email an ask him. This is his email

imagine what you can do with 330gbs :D
Nice setup.
Ambient, you got 2 radiators or a radiator and a res?
radiator and res I guess
Just something new to show.
this is my prometeia, just came back 2 days ago.
the mods done on it were a R507 upgrade, a longer tube, and a 45 degree head so theres no bend in the tube when mounting the prometeia, those were the things I wanted.
they were done by my friend here Chilly1.
as you can see from Asus Probe, it's doing -48 on the CPU it says.
the prometeia itself says -47 all the time.
the temp sensor I had to recallibrate cause it kept tripping the -50C sensor alarm cause it was too cold.
even after the recallibrating I have to keep 1.7 volts on the CPU, otherwise it still goes to -50C under no load.
luckily with 1.7 volts I can run 2.8 ghz 100% stable with no worry.
2.93 ghz stable with benchmarks.
this is mainly a game PC as far as I am concerned at the moment :)
Kunaak, how do you go about recalibrating the prommy probe? I have the same issue of the -50c alarm going of when the machine is idling.
heres the advice I got from Hipro.
"Solder a 1 MOhm resistor in PARALLEL with the cable(black one) which comes down from the head of the Prommie from the sencor........
Then go into R17 programm and put -7*C .You will be able to see almost the same temp but the Prommie won't shut down..... "
Just added dual moniter setup, looks bettaaaa. Benching off untill winter.
nice setup kommando! just noticed your location, i live in brisbane too :)
Kewl, few brissy guys here. What suburb you?
ooo sooo blue sooo bright.
nice system shido :O

Hey ppl, 1st post was for 3dmark team, 2nd is this xtreme gallery :D anyway, these were taken a few months ago when i was awaiting hardware for my 3rd pc. So as my room was a tip with 2.8 pcs in i thought i should take some pics. I know the first pic has a pc running and its the one on the chair not the one on the desk without the heatsink on the cpu! ive got a 1U cpu cooler on my ti4200 but anything more extreme will be in the distant future as i still havent got a job

@ AllGore I can jsut see that montier falling off :P
kommando>> LOL if ur refering to the silver one ontop, its attatched to the wall securly with a tv mount. The mount has a platform with a lip on the front to stop it sliding off. Hopefully i will be gettin a 21" tv when we get a new tv for the lounge. Its angled that way because i only watch it from my chair or bed.
r3b0rN>> Im holding a lan party in a few weeks round my place so i will ask some1 to bring a digi-cam, these were taken using my video camera but its the same quality as a web-cam :( is that southbridge cooling i see on ur mobo? where did u get it from and how is it attached (im thinking of adding one too)
unfortunatly i havent had time for a lan party yet cuz of school but am hoping to have one soon...Quote:

yes i can turn the cold cathode off and i just use my fan bus to turn the fans down some. the little bit of light doesn't bother me.
try sleeping with my other comp in my sig. gots 2 60X38 alphas running full speed :sofa:
Weee Geforce 4 mx 440 mania!!!
Allgore, yes it is :) its 1 of those cheap heatsinks u get with the vantec iceberq, its stuck on with "thermal" tape. its actually getting extremely hot, so i can tell its doing its job. Eventually ill get a a swiftech mcx 159 for the nb and put the old nb heatsink onto the sb.
just an updated pic, tidied up ide cables a bit.
I plan to clock this 386 cpu on a socket 7 mobo tommorow. Does anyone how i can, through bios or with something on the board?
Ill be using a hacked up stock amd 2500+ heatsink to cool it, also a few 80mm fans here and there and a deskfan over the top.'
Here is the setup as of yet, just need to connect up the hard drive cd rom etc. then attach heatsinks then clock it and seeing what happens.
some old pics. dont have camera at the sec to take new ones.

The waterblock is a GF2 block from dangerden (old full copper model) and the tec is a 172w piece.
It runs @ 12v (instead of the basic 24) so do not expect TOO low temps :)
