Thanks!
the trouble with MM is that cable management is very difficult. I am trying to figure out a better way to clean things up.
When you have a total of 12 fans all running to a fan controller it gets a little difficult to keep things clean.
I think I want to find a way to hide most of the cables, I may need to get some more "modder's mesh".
If you have any suggestions, let me know.

krame that case looks sexy! great job!
Interesting, I thought all San Aces were made in Japan.
As long it stays strong, it's worth the price for the product.
What do you think of those San Aces, Marin?
(with a borat accent) Very nice.
i still haven't seen anyone with liquid cooling for their gtx 285 or gtx 295. that would be awsome. especailly if they have it on quad sli.
dude that would be the best rig ever... if LN2 didn't exist.
Those fans are so THICK :O 38mm ehh?
That looks AWESOME!!
Woah thats a lot of heatsinks
Very nice rig.
Whoa my old images re-posted by someone else. It feels nostalgic back to the time when I finally finished it.
Sadly I recently sold my upper card to fund my HTPC project. It didn't matter that much anymore since I had more issues with CF in games than running with a single card.
Ill post my HTPC soon. It's 75% done, I need the GFX card, tv tuner card, and I need to repaint certain sections due to a huge accident that was a mistake on my part.
Look forward to your HTPC
that looks absolutely awesome! i also want to see ur htpc!!
He's a Thermalright freak :p:

Fan ducts I made from old 120MM fan attached to my Yates. you can barely see them, but just imagine a fan with a gutted fan frame stuck to it. Made it a little quieter since the blades aren't so close to the mesh grill.

Edit: About my 4870, I was trying to remove the red sticker on top and failed horribly. I gave up on trying to get the adhesive off, just an excuse to get a new cooler.
Have you tried goo off?
No, but I'm about to. Just gotta find it first lol.
Marin... that is a very clean 1200 you have there =D
Cabbs, why not the TRUE?
@sqw33d
nice rig where's the sqw33d there?? lol
Yea it defnitely has nice sound quality and decent power output, though I only use it for stereo.
I have some decent bookshelf speakers w/ Linaeum tweeters that I use for my left and right on the PC (which is why I have dual centers):
Here is a pic along with another one of my favorite toys:

building my new rig...
Ordered some of that dynamat/akasa noise dampening material a couple weeks ago from Crazy PC and finally got a chance to fight w/ it. Wicked sticky stuff! But it covered the poor stacker's lame grayness and got rid of the directionally variable high frequency whine from the raptors for about $10 so I'm pumped! I think the next step from here will be to paint the exterior. I'm thinking yellow w/ black stripes. :D

If you don't watch out, that GTX is going to eat your apple. :P
@OverDozed - Is this soundcard that should be put on PCI-e then you just used some connectors? What do you call that kind of connector and where to find it? Thanks
http://img99.imageshack.us/my.php?image=4ic7y2.jpg
It's a Bernstine Audio Card that comes with DFI high end motherboards such as UT or LT series. They connect by a special connection only high end DFI boards have. I believe it can not be used in other motherboards. Just think of it as onboard sound on a little card itself like that Asus Supreme FX.
Some last minute pictures before i7 upgrade.

Looks like a contender for... you don't wanna know... Guess we all have our own tastes :)
Mate props to you, that is a SENSATIONAL setup.
I've never seen that done before... actually now i think about it friends of mine are into car audio in big ways i should go chat to them about their materials as they are forever pulling setups in/out so an abundance of deadening would be easy to get.
Looks very professional and very different... would go well with some PC's im building for a bit of a special look!
Sorry? What have you do?
Overkill
funniest part is the stock intel heat sink.
OMG! how did you manage to get two hr-03gt on one card ? Overkill.
Wow thats just awesome and overkill :up:
jbl2226h, HR-01 HSF? That's one of the HSF's I'd like to get someday, or just one where 2 fans can be mounted easier.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...pc_interno.jpg
I cant put the side window with Hyper212 :(
LMFAO @ the dual HR-03's!
There in there w/ dirt bike tubes. I used to wind them up once, but now I just push them in there and they stay put pretty well. Major improvement in noise reduction compared to the stock Stacker 4 in 1 HDD cage. Here's some pics...
First I drilled some holes for the zipties...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...0831071658.jpg
Then added the tubes and tied em up.

The above rig is not mine but i thought id share it here, maybe you guys can help me estimate the dimensions of his window size.. this is from a member over at [H], I've PM'ed him about it and he hasnt logged back in to H yet for a week.
The side panel is about 22" in length and about 21.5+ in height..
How Do You Take Such Nice Pictures Tommy>!?!?!?!?
Only with a sheet of paper, some sunlight and my EOS 40D ^^
i wish i can have a 40D but it costs 1K :O
Just get a used XTi and you'll be happy with it.
40D has so many functions that the average user won't even go near half of them.
PS: Hey Tommy any updates to that VGA cooling roundup?
You don't have to have a thousand dollar camera to take good pictures, I used to take mary jane photos which were featured on websites with a sheet of printer paper and a $250 8MP Canon. All it takes other than that is knowing how to work the focus and lighting + Photoshop touch ups.
