Anybody have a 3200+ @ 1.9V being watercooled?

been there on air with a 0352 3000+

my a64 3000(clawhammer) maxed out at 2354 mhz on stock air, no vmods on a k8n pro. Is this good or bad? It is a CAATC stepping.

My A64 3200+ (CAAMC 0341WPMW) is doing 2338 MHz at 1,68 V which ist the max. voltage my Board provides.

yeah! i have an a64 3200 caamc on shuttle an50r with 1,92 vcore it runs stable at 2530mhz ,and the temps are 46-56 cooled by asetek watercooling .i will try a vapo this month :d

WOW!!!!:confused: 46-56C on watercool thats really high, but then again I havent heard great things about those asetek waterblocks, what kind of rad/fan configuration do you have?

i use the large rad with 2x120 fan and ls30 pump but this temps i get when i clock to 2530mhz at 1,92v!!

are you sure you need 1.92 to reach 2530.. I believe thats a tad below standard for the a64 3000 cpu :)

What kind of 120mm fans are you using? Stealths...lol:confused:

Does your board offer a chipset vmod? I think that is what is holding you back.

I think that you should remount your waterblock. I think that bad contact is holding you back

I'm running a watercooled A64 and the stressed temp is 36g with a roomtemp of 30g (watertemp is also 30g)

Full setup: Airplex EVO360 with 2x120mm Papst @ 1500rpm, Swiftech MCW5000-64 (also not a very high-end block)
A64 3200+ 1MB @ 2400MHz 1,8v (normally a hotter chip than yours ;) )

I don't think that my temps will rise that much when I give my chip another 0,2v

At that moment of benching it was about 25 degrees full stressed.

I tested specially for you the temps with more normal watertemps, and after 5 minuts of prime95 (small blocks) my cpu was 43g full stressed. Watertemp at that moment was 27 degrees

I didn't test any longer cause I could actually smell my mosfets burning :eek: (no kidding)

During benching they are cooled by a 120mm fan @ 12v, but when gaming I only cool them with a 80mm @ 5v (no sinks) so they didn't like this test at all :P

SynGroW Almost 2.0vcore to get 2400MHz :| Thats insane... Have'nt you tried with 1.7vcore or something like that ?

My A64 3200+ Clawhammer will do 2419Mhz stable with 1.68vcore...

LOL, that was only to show what kind of cpu temps I would get @ 2v

My cpu does 2400MHz totaly stable @ 1,75v

My max is at 2600MHz at about 1,9v

I am back at 2500mhz with my new and freshly modded VNF3-250. However I now need more volts to run 2.5 stable. Using the 5:6 memory divider on my AN50R I did 2.5ghz stable @ 1.74v, now at 1:1 I need 1.79v to do it stable. Is this typical?

A 3ghz 2V A64 is over 210 watts of heat... Can an XE even handle that?

xe can handle 180w.
anyway at least 2700-2800mhz :d i wish a good oc chip :d

my friend has now an a64 3400 wich does 2700 mhz on my asetek water with 1,850 :d i think will rullz :d
