Does anyone have info or any idea about when Abit is going to officially release a new bios?
God they are slow with official releases. But no complain running stable here although I feel that something is holding me back.
By the way take a look at this Everest score. How would you rate it considering I run 5-7-7-20-29 ram timings?

1.2beta 3 is what I'm using and it's rock solid. You are getting very good results there so I really wouldn't be too worried, or even quick to update to another bios just because it's newer or 'official'.

Guys, I didn't get it.... EVGA has no strap since bios_026... It's ugly to pay more than 330$ for high timings, strap and low oc.

Unless you are specifically in need of one or more of the extra features they offer a humble EVGA will serve you better. Do you get the hissing when scrolling too? I get it when the PC is getting stressed even just a tiny bit. i.e. when more power is drawn so I guess it is coming from the PWMs.
I got used to it though.

It wouldn't let me adjust the ram timings once I set the fsb beyond a certain point. It also would set my fsb 'stuck' at 333 even after setting it as high as 400 fsb. Just plain buggy. Didn't matter, Linked/Synced or any combination, 333fsb lasts a long range. If I intentionally set fsb below 333, I could then adjust ram timings. Setting CPU strap had no effect on this weirdness either.
Reflashed back to 1.2-B3 and all back to normal. Tried again with B6, even cleared the CMOS via jumper this time, same result. Bios seemed fine as long as you didn't try to go beyond 333 fsb.
there's a new 13B1 on the abit-USA forum for you IN9 32X users but I haven't a clue what it's supposed to fix.
