I don't think Super PI 32M is good enough for stability so why don't you run Windows Memtest, 4 instances at least to check it out...
hi,
I've got a question: can anybody run 2 instances of SuperPi 32M? I can't do it, no matter what I do (even default settings). I error (nonconvergant in sqr) of one instance inside of 30 seconds, no matter how loose the timings, how high the voltage, or whether the fsb is stock. I can run one instance with no problems and loop MemTest86 in test 5. Any ideas?
My system:
A64 X2 3800+
2x1GB Crucial Ballistix PC4000
DFI SLI-D
PCP&C 510sli
BFG 7800GT
Audigy2 ZS
misc. harddrives
Thanks!
Erik
those OCZ PC4000 are out already
get it from here http://www.atacom.com/program/print_..._BG_V8&USER_ID
seems like 2gb kits are getting lower in latancy's day by day, awsome!!!!!

I purchased some OCZ Value VX when they first came out from ATACOM.....no problems with the ram. I seem to remember the shipping to be a bit slow but other than that it was all good.Quote:

Only got 20 mins with it, but this is the results I could get from the TEAM UCCC 2GB kit in the time available.

CPU won't run 2.8GHz on stock cooling :stick:
EDIT: notice this was at 2.6v ;)
Seems they're making the best UCCC kits. I would have tweaked timings but time was limited.
Thought I had a UCCC record then saw this:

On a side note, please don't insult others. That's one thing I've always enjoyed about this forum vs. others is the lack of stuff like that.
Edit: spelling
Thanks for the info.Quote:

Monarch rulz and they got opterons now. All flavors.

lol
Canceled the pqi I hope. After reading a few other threads I have a feeling it's the stuff that barely oc's.
I've had them about 3 months now very strange happenings, one tests perfect in a P4 platform other tests bad, then when you put into an AMD 64 NF4 the opposite happens other is bad which was good in the P4.
Crucial RMA'd them, memtest failed at DDR500 speed 3-4-4-8 2.8v which was specs and I had been running them at 244 HTT :-( good couple days wasted testing this weekend unfortunately, wish they had been more blatently bad.

My effort so far.
A64 3000+ Venice (stock cooler, Big Typhoon going on this weekend)

EDIT: Time bit long due to web browsing and downloading smartguardian and all sort of :banana::banana::banana: :p
why nobody uses 2x 1GB Samsum TCCC? I've found some around here using samsumg PCB as well, should it oc well?
I use Apacer 2x1gb Samsung UCCC + BP 808Quote:

It seems they don't like 2.6v without heatspeaders ,and I blow over them 92mm 50+cfm but no efect 2.5v+ makes more errors than 2.5v:)

That's all stable
245 2.5-3-3-8-8
270 3-4-3-7-7
2.5v make max stable clock,if I go to 2.6 2.7 I can hit 280 but in 2 or 3 loops errors apears,very strange for me too,I go from 3.5v 270 1.5-2-2-0 redline ,to 2.5V 270 3-4-3-7 UCCCs:)

Update:
http://img425.imageshack.us/img425/1...06sg1hb.th.jpg
3-4-4-8 281mhz Stable 3-4-4-8 @ 2.5v
I wii make Validation link later:)
Hmm. 8000mb/s at only 280mhz and such loose timings smells really fishy to me.
