With no mods on the board, 450FSB seems more or less the limit with 1.3b bios

i run 24/7

401x9
3609 mhz
1.6 v cpu
2.3 v ram
1.7 v mch/pci

all on air cooling

cpu temps abit high.. 45c.. but ill get tuniq tower soon with ac5 paste..and ill get under 40 for sure..

geez!!! 1.6 and it runs 45C's??

what's your ambient?

i run mine on water and get way higher temps.

is that 45 on load or idle?

i have 39c iddle and about 55-60c full load
room temp is from 24-27 .. depence if i turn on the heating

i have 2 fans blowing in and 2 out and have 1 fan blowing air inside under the graphic card..

however the x1950xtx is very noisy at full load,

ill run orthos now.. did pass the 5 min tests.. didnt bother to do it longer

the temps are uguru temps, as TAT dosnt work for some reason on my system, and i would like to know if any managed to run TAT and if o how ?

by the way.. does the Tuniq tower fit in the awgd-max?

TAT does not work for me either, I use Core Temp... But, I believe it displays 4-5C higher temps than TAT @ 100% load.

Hey guys.. my first post on xs.. :p: and with a problem.. :(

aw9d-max
e6600 week31
2gb ddr2 800 cellshock 4-4-4-12 kit
x1900xt 256
enermax liberty 500w

my system run for a week stable with 334x9 on normal vcpu/2.2 vram and 1,55 vmch. well.. for 30 min i start my pc and it load fail settings.. i dont think anything bad about this.. laod my bios settings, restart and black screen..
so i turn power off / on and now it wont start :(

the mb becomes power, can see it on leds..
for some weeks i read a topic with a guy who has the same prob.. he removed the bios module or something.. cant find the thread.

if anyone knows it, plz help :(

edit: clear cmos wont work..
and excuse my english. :P

This happened to me once, remove the battery and put the cmos jumper to the clear position and wait for 2-3 mins and put it all back the way it was and it will boot up.

In my case I forgot to change my ram divider down and it tried to post at ddr1000 at 3-3-3- at 1.8v and the board would power on then turn itself off with a wierd mobo code like C1 or something.

Yep I do 401 x 9 24/7 myself np, no mods. For low stress I'd advise using power management so your rig will idle @ 2.4GHz and kick up to 3.6GHz under load.
